The bad, the worse, and the ugly... now let me say I have dined in back alleys, basement casinos, strip clubs and and dive bars. This food was so God-awful, that I would be personally offended if prisoners had to eat it. First of "Miguel" just cause I'm white doesn't mean I'm not fluent in Spanish... so calling me a "Gordita" probably was strike one. Food was ice cold and warmed up in a surplus toaster oven, bought from an out of business Quiznos. (Which clearly is the direction they are headed). Chicken was the left over scraps that the miserable manager picked out of a subway dumpster. You should all be taken out back and put out of your misery

I got a cumber, onion and tomato salad that wasn't fresh at all. Cucumbers were sour and gross. I threw the rest out when I got home. Complete waste of money.

I ordered Sbarro on DoorDash for delivery. As I began to eat my baked ziti in the pasta I find a roach excuse me while I go throw up!

The one consistent food spot in the Westfield Mall aka South Shore mall is Sbarro's. My granddaughter loves their pizza and they slice it up for her in bite size bites.
Horrible food. Terrible service. Rude Rude RUDE employees. When attempting to address my issues with manager I was brushed off as if I didn't matter. Will not go back here.
