I love this Starbucks. The staff is so friendly and make the drinks perfect. I usually get the same thing but sometimes I like to get the seasonal drinks. The staff always recommends a tasty drink. The food is always delicious. The manager there is very sweet and always says hello to everyone.

Yesterday, Sunday, July 6th, at 7 p.m., I stopped by this store to buy a coffee. The staff started laughing at my English. I repeated my order, and I heard about three people laughing at me. It's not right to have people making fun of others; they need to have empathy and a good attitude toward customers. I never came back to this place. Then, I asked them what language I was speaking, because they didn't understand me, and they kept laughing at me.

Made my drink in about 30 seconds, some piss with light ice would’ve tasted better. Place should shut down, Spanish guy who works sat nights should be fired. Shouldn’t be surprised, this location is in Suffolk which is a known cesspool.

Place was always weird like alot of places in Suffolk but I would go while I was charging my car until i got one of those racial Starbucks experiences that I have seen on the internet and I am talking about the one next to the mall not inside the mall very unprofessional and rude and this is based on my visits up until the one that stopped me from going there

I've gone here several times. Not only is it much less busy than the nearby store, they have always had what I wanted and sometomes even put out drink and snack samples. Very pleasant staff.

First impression, the location was great and the interior was outstanding. Giving 3 star as I ordered Caramel macchiato, but my coffee has zero caramel. Went back to get fixed but instead barista told me that it shouldn’t come with any caramel syrup, and it only comes with vanilla syrup, and she just lectured me, as all i want was camel sauce drizzled on my coffee. knowing at first place, thats what i ordered and thats how it supposed to be with. It’s honestly not a big deal but it just felt that shes very unaccommodating, and except to the guy at the cashier with white heart shaped sunglasses. Lastly, I suggest, they can use a little soft but upbeat playlist inside instead of loud music at morning hours.
