Staff is very unwelcoming & Unsanitary breakfast . There was Hair in my breakfast sandwich, Employee that was both cooking and cashier was very rude when I came back to inform her that her blonde hair was in my sandwich she made me. After analyzing my sandwich multiple times to ensure that there was a strand of long blonde hair in my food . She told me the best she can do is remake half of the sandwich . With out washing her hands or putting on gloves she proceeded to remake half of the sandwich , as I’m watching her remake my sandwich she begins to put her bare finger in my eggs yolk while cooking. I asked her why she putting her finger in my food and she ignored me. Do not come here unless you want to ruin your day first thing in the morning.

Nice little bagel shop. Service is very good, friendly and courteous. Clean shop. My egg sandwich with bacon on a bagel and medium coffee was very good. Under $9 so prices are good, compared to some other shops. I recommend and will be back soon.

Friendly staff!'Fresh' bagels that taste a day old. Unless everything else is closed I'd avoid this place.
First, the selection of food is very minimal for a deli. Secondly, the potato salad was so disgusting my gf had to spit it out. Sandwiches weren’t good either, plus they forgot my lettuce and tomato. Horrible deli one of the worst I’ve been too on Long Island.

I bought one of the best bagels I've ever had on LI here. The store was quiet & peaceful. Many selections to choose from. The server was extremely friendly. I will definitely go back and I don't even live in the area! I just can't find a good bagel in my town as delicious as the sunrise bagel.

I will start by saying the food is delicious. I won't take that away from them but they have charged me double the price multiple times and when bringing it up to the long black hair lady she became super agitated and responded extremely rude telling me how I'm wrong just to be shown she was in the wrong and then did NOTHING AT ALL. From some reviews I've seen I'm not the first. Today I received a message from my bank telling me sunrise bagels added $15 to my total a few hours later for a "TIP" that i never agreed to or was even told about. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If your going to still eat here be sure to only deal with the older gentleman. He is a great person. Every body else seams like they hate being they're and could careless about ripping you off over and over. Hopefully I will receive my money back tomorrow but they're never at fault in there minds??????
