Four stars because of very small portions.Nice place, staff very nice and welcoming. ?
It is no longer Lala's lounge when we went recently, but I have been to both. The current restaurant had a small menu, and we ordered an appetizer, which was really good. There was music and the atmosphere was nice. Lala's had a better outdoor patio setup, and some of the decor in the new version is a little plain, but still nice.Really great staff, and they had a duo playing music that was the perfect volume.

Attended a private function. Great staff interaction and service. The food was delicious.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The only good thing about this place is the food. But the workers there are terrible. Marissa who was my waitress was rude and nasty. And Tracy was nasty too. Don’t recommend. They have rude waiters/bartenders
Was looking for somewhere to grab a drink and a quick bite this place was great. The drinks were on point, I actually ended up staying way longer than I intended because they had some great live music with this sick saxophone player. They also have a pool table and some darts so that was also a nice surprise definitely stop by its a good time

Without a doubt top 3 quesadilla I’ve ever had, if not THE best. Smash burger was all kinds of amazing. Great atmosphere, great staff. Loved it!
It is a really nice Tapas Bar.... Food is good, but I think day can improve flavor wise. This is more like Millenialls kinda type of vibe place. SOPHIA and the staff is really attentive and friendly. The drink was so good the "WORK" something with the tumeric.
Great food/drinks , great atmosphere, owners/staff are super friendly and welcoming. The band Soul Junkies were amazing. Will be frequenting this gem of a place more often.
Had a great experience over the weekend. Very friendly attentive staff even during a busier time when a band was playing. Food was very good. Get the chicken nachos and a cucumber mojito.??

I came to Lala's with some friends because our KJ friend was doing a gig here. I liked it but there were a few little down points and disappointment or discomfort on my friend's parts to give it a 4 star review and not 5.When we walked in it was freezing, my friend requested they lower the AC they did honor that. It is hard with temperature in a building though you can't please everyone's comfort levels. They didn't have anything for my one friend to eat. She had just had a major stomach surgery and is still in the recovery process and has been having a hard time readjusting to regular food. They had nothing to offer her on the menu that she could try to eat eventually she got a virgin strawberry daiquiri and waited for it to melt down a little. The karaoke set up was nice, a big projection screen, not bad with the sound loud but not overly loud. The waitstaff was nice and the food I had was good. I got the quesadilla and they made it in an interesting way. It's not hard to mess up gooey cheese and tortillas but I like the twist they put on it and it was good. The chips were nice and salty but the guac had an overload of lime.I did like my time spent here enough that I'd come back again!
Most adorable friendly and homey feeling restaurant. The staff was so sweet and friendly. Extremely helpful and professional service. The food was delicious, the drinks were wonderful, and the prices are perfect for the restaurant. The back outside sitting area very cozy. My new favorite place.9/10/22Food was terrific, drinks were very nice, hostess very sweet. Waitress very pushy to get drink order. Went downhill after that. Waited an hour for our meal, we complained after we received the food. manager said she would look into it, of course never did nor did they compensate for the lengthy wait. Never saw her again.Received the check and left. Been there a few times, crowded and not crowded never hd such bad service.Hope this doesnt continue.
Great Restaurant and Bar. Food was delicious. Friendly attentive service. Good value. Great Happy hour spot.
Decided to try LaLa’s Lounge in Bay Shore with my fiancé and what a great place! Immediately greeted by one of the owners with a big smile and a warm welcome! We had our choice to sit inside or outside - so we decided to sit outside on the back patio and what a cool vibe! There was an outdoor TV, Pool table, and darts as well as quite a few tables and bar top seating. As soon as we were seated, water, appetizer plates, silverware and menus were brought over and our server Brandon (I think that was his name) came right over and asked if we have ever been there before and when we said we haven’t, he said we were going to love it! He took our drink order and then we decided to try the cheese quesadilla for an appetizer and then my fiancé got the smash burger for dinner and I had the shrimp tacos. Everything was delicious and we have to say that the cheese quesadilla was one of the best ones we’ve ever had! Great food, drinks & service! Definitely check this place out!
My wife and I went there for lunch and had a great meal, the guacamole is very good, my wife Taco's and my Lala Smash Burger w/special French fries was very very good, the whole meal was very good. The Waiter and Bartender were very friendly and was always checking up on us. First time here and my wife and I are definitely going back...sorry for the after picture, they are a picture of the fries they serve, very crispy and delicious (see picture).
