I really think Taco Bell should consider splitting the two drive-thru lines — one dedicated to online pickup and the other for regular drive-thru orders. It would make the whole process so much smoother and quicker for everyone. The way the parking lot is set up now feels poorly designed and can be frustrating to deal with. Hopefully, the owner takes this into consideration because the food and service are decent, but the layout definitely needs some common-sense improvements.
I order on app earlier and the app said is ready but u wait at the counter for 10 minutes before they even ask if u need help!?!? Then they mess up one of the items and last time I was missing one thing WTH!!!

App is wierd wanted just those red fiesta crunchies removed from my dbl beef burrito and it removed everyting but the beef. Had them make me a new one with everything but the crunchy things...??
