Unless you have alot of time to waste don't go through the drive-thru. If you do get to the window don't expect your food to be ready. When they finally bring you your food don't drive off it won't be what you ordered. The pictures on their menu are false advertising you can plan to get about a third of the filling shown.

Worse workers ever they had our order sitting in the counter with people breathing over it. Then when they finally acknowledge us we said that we needed another order because I saw several people leaning over my food why wasn’t it behind the counter with the other takeout orders. Finally they remade our order with us watching to see one of the workers spill cheese and scoop it up with her finger from the counter where other food was to put with our order but realized we were watching. Then another worker came over opened the bag and the cheese lady grabbed her had and directed her eyes in our direction. Glad we watched them because they would of spit or something in our food. Never going here again worse Taco Bell on Long Island they need to close this one down for good !

I was there a couple days ago. It was my birthday they had no idea how to redeem coupons after that I ordered a taco I waited for one taco for 40 minutes. The taco broke in every piece as I picked it up. First time being it this Taco Bell because the one by my house is closed and it was probably the last time being in this taco

Grubhub driver assigned to my order went to get my food, was then told it was already picked up and they refused to remake it for the driver assigned to it. The driver being as confused as can be contacted me to see if the food had in fact been delivered, which it hadn't. Had to cancel my order and have Grubhub issue a refund. This isn't my first poor experience with them either through a delivery service or going there in person. Thus my review.

If you order tacos you better read the fine print. I ordered the deluxe craving box assuming it was ground beef. Shame on me for not reading the fine print. Chicken anyone?
