Takeshi Sushi Teriyaki

The guy that makes the sushi here is a real piece of work. Wanted to argue with everyone that came in about being busy while he made one item in 20 minute then played on his phone. Suggest you go somewhere else.

Walked in and the guy working there was eating behind the counter. He looked at me and then looked back down at his food and ignored me. It was my first time so I assumed I went to the wrong counter, but the girl at the other side told me sushi was picked up on the counter to the left (where the guy was eating). The food was OKAY. Got maki sushi rolls, didn’t have much flavor and very soggy, also ordered a chicken bento box but was given a pork bento box. Sauce was super watery. The tempura had no flavor. Overall not a great experience but the miso soup was great, that’s why I added the second star. Store seemed clean but employee was kind of rude and food not worth the money. Won’t be returning here.

The gyoza needs to be pan fried. An the shumai sauce needs to be sweet

Really great service. Food was great, not to mention fresh. Plus good food at great prices. Definitely would eat here again.

Very disappointed! If I could give no stars I would. I was extremely hopeful because of the good rating.All of the sauces was watered down(duck sauce, salad dressing etc) I order 3 roll which was ok. They didn't really have a taste to themI ordered (Over Rice) w. Egg301. Katsu Don Pork. It was extremely rubbery and they charged me full price even though I only wanted the pork Katsu and not the sides that should have been something that was told on the phone.A family member picked the steak teriyaki bento box. The meat was floured for some reason and inedible. The tempura had no taste except for the greasy that it was deep fried in.This was NOT a good experience at all and we NOT try them again.

Terrible. I went here once in a while for a years since the last owner because I live in the corner. A Sushi chef (who I believe is a new owner but I’m not sure) He will charge you before he will make your sushi. He treats me good if I give him some tips. Make sushi looks so delicious. But he makes sushi’s terrible when I don’t give him any tips like today.The restaurant wasn’t busy but he lets me wait for long time. It’s already finish but he doesn’t give to me and the other customer after me is already gets the food before me. I said thank you to him and he is ignoring me. Omg I can’t believe this. The food isn’t fresh at all. It makes me sick after ate in 10 mins.

Affordable bento box was delicious! I've gone to this place a few times over the years, and they never disappoint. Sushi is great also.
