Absolutely terrible experience. I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. After waiting the full 45 minutes, I arrived only to find out they never actually put my order in. Instead of apologizing and doing something to make it right, they offered no real solution to get me the pizza I had already waited for. Just stared at me My time was completely wasted, and the customer service was just as disappointing as the mistake itself. Everyone makes errors, but it’s how you handle them that matters—and they failed on both counts. I won’t be coming back, and this used to be our go to.

Rude staff, looked past me while I waited in line and no one behind me too. Maybe because they are very young. If you’re working in the service industry you learn to put yourself and your conversations to the side and be polite . We all have done it at some point. Disappointing since the bay shore location is much nicer with better customer service.

First time I went there. Place was packed. So many choices. I ate the Mediterranean. Loaded with cherry tomatoes, cheese, basil and balsamic reduction. Ordered garlic knots, crusty with soft insides and zapole, warm powdery pieces of heaven

Normally I would give 5 stars for food because I have always had great meals here. I came here last Saturday to pick up a bar pie. Ordered through Grubhub. Order would be ready between 8pm-8:10pm. Got there at 8. The pie that the server gave me was sitting in a box on top of 3 others and a couple on top of it so was probably sitting for awhile. Thought nothing of it because it’s always good here, but when I got home the pizza was not edible. Took out 3 slices for me and my family and maybe took 2 bites. Could not eat the crust which I usually love. Hopefully this was a one off. I will go back again but will check it next time.
I wrote this review a few months back. I have been back several times and last week The Pizzeria of Bayport made it right. Food was delicious as always and I will continue to be a regular customer.

When I ask for two slices - is the dude behind the counter just too cool to cut them? I just got one giant slice. I was trying to eat this on the go but couldnt. Also, sauce is bland.
I attempted to call in an order and I requested four separate receipts. The person answer couldn’t answer that question. Kept putting me on hold.That’s what is done when an order is for disabled adults. Individual money and I was going to pick up the order.The person speaking on the phone seem like it was difficult to do. A Rocket scientist. Should I have called four separate times for four ppl? Duh duh

We had an issue via a third-party delivery service which was not The Pizzeria's fault at all. They immediately fixed the third-party's mistake. Great food and service!

Great gluten free/dairy free pizza. Had half pepperoni and half sausage with green pepper toppings and it was delicious, wish I took a picture but I ate it too fast! The pizza was a good size too.

The pizza honestly just lacks flavor. I figured I’d give this place a try because I know plenty of people who like it but I just don’t understand the hype. Not only that, but both as a customer and as a DoorDash pickup driver, the staff is rude a lot of the time, at best try to hide it but you know when the staff is being snarky or talking to you like an idiot. I’ve not only experienced it but seen it with other customers. It’s very off putting, and I always dread getting a pick up order here because of how rude the staff is
