The Pelicana franchise chain has very delicious and consistent quality food. This was my first time coming to this location and the food was excellent.
The atmosphere is very different here versus my local Pelicana in Forest Hills/Metropolitan location. It has a more sports bar vibe, with louder music and even louder conversations going on around you.
The drinks and drink choices are plentiful and consistent across all the locations I’ve visited.
Overall, this place doesn’t disappoint. It’s great to watch games, especially if you come with big groups. There is a lot of space/ seating.
I would definitely recommend.

The food was good but the service sucks! I ordered food over the phone and when I went to pick up , I decided to dine in instead so I asked if I can I eat inside , and the guy said I am not allowed to dine in if I ordered over the phone? Excuse me ? For a thirty something dollar lunch, I’m not allowed to stay ? The restaurant was empty . I asked why ? If it was tips I can pay ! But he rejected me for no reason? And I ordered the food from the restaurant, Is this a store rule or was it just his?

Was here with my family for the first time on a Saturday night. Not too crowded but they only had two waiters and one lady bringing out the food. Definitely seemed a bit understaffed for a Saturday night but the service was awesome! Prompt, polite and any mistakes were immediately rectified. They gave a us a wrong order, and after sincerely apologizing for the mix-up, they offered to give us the dish for free! The food was really good too, enough to satisfy adults and kids! We had soy garlic wings, bulgogi nachos, sausage kimchi fried rice, bacon cheese fries, and mac n cheese. Tasty, with good portion sizes. We will be back!

waited literally AN HOUR for food during lunch. wasted my time coming here since i came during my lunch break. didnt even end up eating since we were waiting the entire time. they kept saying “10 more minutes.. 5 more minutes”… the place was not even busy, had 3 tables including us and none of the other dine in tables were being served food. whats the point in taking dine in customers if you cant accommodate to them?????
