This place makes really, really good ice cream. I wasn't expecting it as we were just passing by, but it was top notch. Great texture and flavorful too. Definitely worth a stop.
Thank you guys for the wonderful cone with surprise on the bottom.
I love the customer service. The staff that attended to me were patient and kind. Couldn’t decide what flavor so they let us sample before we decided to buy. Don’t have cookies and cream ice cream? No problem! The guy mixed sweet cream and added Oreo toppings to it before serving. I must say though that it is quite pricey. I got two kids scoops, which was the smallest size, and it totaled up to almost $9. I’m curious to know what other flavors they can create. They have a lot of the basic flavors and toppings you’ll probably see at a Red Mango, but no more than a Cold Stone Creamery.
AMAZING BANANA ICE CREAMAND AMAZING MARSHMALLOW I CREAM I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH YOU HAVE TO TRY IT
very yummy ice cream
Depends who makes the ice cream.. you will pay top dollar but sometimes get a teaspoon for $30 , next coworker will give you what you paid for... where's the consistency? Do they train them?
The consistency is unbearable…depends who makes the scoops, they will charge you full price but give you what ever they want…when I asked the girl why the two orders were so different, made by different people she simple ignored me and bagged it up but charged me $30!!! Maybe they should close down for a day and train their employees!!!!
Better get the strawberry! We really enjoyed all the flavors that we got like pistachio and fresh banana, but hands down everybody love the strawberry flavor. Only suggestion is they could add bits of strawberries in it.Also when I was there, there was an elderly who bought a banana split, she said she didn't have enough money to pay for her order, so the cashier said its fine. Yummy ice cream and kind employees
The ice cream is treated with so much love and tender care. I highly recommend the cereal milk flavor. It reminds me of Saturday morning cartoons on a nice summer day. Highly recommend this shop. The staff is nice and mellow.
So good and no place like it! Original and fresh flavors always!

Their ice cream is delicious. The cakes are fantastic. My friend and I got my sister her birthday cake there recently, and I have enjoyed their ice cream many times in store and ordered. Some of the staff are very polite.Unfortunately I can no longer shop there knowing that they don't use disposable gloves to dig out the ice cream from the containers (like most other establishments serving similar products or packaged food in the area/NYC), with ice cream dripping everywhere on wrists, hands, etc,... and then use the same stained bleach fabric rag cleaning the table to wipe the lids and outside of the containers you purchase, which can easily touch the ice cream when you open the container and seep bleach into the food via the thin cardboard.I wasn't going to leave this review, I was going to let it go...but I think it's too important because it has to do with sanitary conditions and health safety.I will start off by saying they did give me my money back. Which was the right thing to do. But their approach and the unsanitary conditions need to be taken to task, it's as simple as that. This happened to me this past week, and the individual working the counter blew me off when I asked why he wasn't using gloves with food product in a pandemic with: "It's not food, it's ice cream" and "It's not like I'm scooping it out with my hands! " When I asked him to not use the disgusting rag to wipe the thin cardboard pint containers that he'd used in front of me to clean the table, he quipped "its coated in bleach, so much its disintegrated the rag, it's fine" as if that was supposed to make me feel better. I am using actual quotes (as close an approximation as possible). I couldn't believe that I heard him right, and I repeated what he said to make sure I had.I was incredibly disgusted but also in shock at the fact that so little regard was given to keeping a food product sanitary and safe to eat, never mind the fact that we're dealing with Covid. I have worked for nearly ten years in the hospitality/food service industry and also in ice cream shops before, so I get it. I think my shock and simply being exhausted (he wasn't the only one working late) made me still go through the motions of paying and even leaving a 20% tip despite being grossed out and dealing with his attitude, but it was his "Jesus Christ!" exclamation of exasperation with me as I started to walk out the door that was the proverbial last straw. I didn't want to talk to him anymore - was afraid to get into a huge argument since he seemed like a loose cannon - so I left and put the ice cream, totally untouched, still in its bag, in the freezer and returned it the next day.A nice employee was at the counter. When I asked her if they used gloves she said no, which was unfortunate (I had hoped the employee I had dealt with the night before was just a rogue element). I explained the disgusting bleach rag. To their credit they gave me my money back (I was too grossed out at that point to get new ice cream). But she had to ask her manager, who was there the whole time as I told her what had transpired, so he knew. He never said anything to me and ignored me completely. She was very nice and apologetic, and I appreciated her help. In all honesty he looked kind of like the guy I had dealt with the night before, so it might have been him. Who knows? THAT would be insane, but so was this situation. My point was that just as unsanitary an idea of taking back my ice cream (and using it) that I had never opened would be to the establishment, so was I grossed out and unable to eat what I thought to be unsanitary food dished out and served to me (despite the rogue employee saying it wasn't "food"). I appreciate them giving me my money back, but the money isn't really the point. Had the manager truly cared about the situation, he would have taken a moment to go over what had happened with me. But I was just given the money and ushered out. So clear
The extra star is for the very nice employee. The ice cream is just not good. I’d rather go up the block to 7 - 11 and get ice cream there
i would give this place 5 stars because they make the best ice cream around here and also i like the staff always friendly and also i like ice cream
Totally disappointed the guy behind the counter never use a glove. He put the money in the register..then started cutting banana..i walked out
Stopped by on a bustling Friday evening hoping to salvage a disappointing dinner with some hopefully good ice cream and we were glad we came . They are happy to,let you try flavors , and I loved the Cinnamon ice cream , and also enjoyed the cool mint . They have a lot of toppings but I am a straight up ice cream only guy , but the toppings would appeal to most . Other interesting flavors for next time included honey , pumpkin , & Amaretto .
