Meat quality is amazing here. Everything was delicious from the side dishes to the soups to the meats. Highly recommend.

My wife stopped at this restaurant because my toddler children needed to us the bathroom. After making them wait, they come to tell them that it's for paying customers only. I get that, but pregnant women and children, especially toddlers and under, should be the exception to this rule. She said the place looked very nice and was going to suggest that we actually come to have dinner, but that is definitely not happening now. I'm sure that the food is probably great, but service wise, that will keep me away from any establishment no matter how good the food. I wish them well, but I will never recommend this place to friends or family.

I took my MIL to a korean bbq. It was 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 kids (12 & 8 yo). There was lots of food that we enjoyed, and it was a charcoal grill, not a gas grill. The kal-bi took some some time to be cooked, but so what? It was really amazing. Since I hate "sweet" food (hate bulgogi), this place was the perfect place for me. The kalbi sauce was just amazing. There were lots of side dishes, and the ladies were super nice. No pictures - sorry... we were just busy enjoying the food..
Parking: The parking is right behind the restaurants and connected to the restaurants directly. It was drizzled but didn't have to deal with it!

**Disappointing Kalbi Experience at Biwon** I visited Biwon for Korean BBQ, hoping to enjoy some delicious kalbi. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The meat they served for the kalbi was not up to par—it was so chewy that my jaw ached. I even asked the server to try it, and she agreed that the meat was unusually tough. It seemed like they used the wrong cut, which shouldn't be the case for kalbi. I've been coming to Biwon for many years, but this experience didn't feel right, especially considering the price. $47 for a single serving of kalbi is quite steep, and for that price, you expect better quality. If you're craving Korean food, Biwon might still be an option, but I would recommend avoiding the kalbi. Hopefully, they can improve the quality and offer a better experience for their customers.
Everything was great except the price and the cleanliness of the chairs and tables (they were greasy and grimy). Reasomable pricing on the lunch special, friendly staff and the big portion size make up for it.
