I’ve been a regular at Chicken Lovers for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The service has really declined; the staff no longer feels welcoming, and I’ve had to wait an unusually long time for my food. The quality of the food has also gone downhill, which is quite a letdown. Previously, the staff & girl on register was friendly and made us feel at home, but now it just feels like another restaurant. I hope they can bring back the old charm soon!

Love their BBQ ribs. If you are going to order around the dinner time, make sure you placed the order at least 1hr before pickup. Best way is to use toast site to place the order for pickup. I don't think they charge extra via it, unlike other online order services.

The best grilled chicken! It is worthy to wait 40 minutes. Walking around the neighborhood during the waiting time, you can smell the delicious grilled smoke smell blocks away. What a treat for the neighbors. Jealous!
Great tasting food, but be prepared to wait anywhere between 1-2 hours for your order most of the time. They get so much business that they can't keep up with the orders.
