You have to call in advance to place an order. There is 40 to 60 minute wait. Did noticed lot of carry out orders must be good. Seems that a whole chicken or half or just a few pieces, there is a long wait. Can really give a rating, star rating I gave does not count toward my experience since I didn't wait the whole hour for grill chicken.

My go to place for bbq ribs and chicken. Meat is tender and falls off the bone. Perfectly marinated and cooked just right. Perfect match with their inhouse green sauce. Generous sides but the sides could have a little more taste. Been back many times for take outs.

I think the ONLY reason this place is still in business is because it's the only one of its kind in the Bayside area. The management is just money-hungry and doesn't know how to manage the shop or staff, and they keep accepting orders they won't be able to deliver or serve on time. I'm not speaking from just one experience. This was the third time in six months where I ended up wasting 30+ minutes in addition to my originally estimated pickup time to get my order.It's really simple: If you can't handle the volume, don't accept the order. I'd rather not be able to order because they're busy than have to wait much longer than the original estimated time.It's a shame that poor management is causing so much dissatisfaction. I hope someone else is paying attention to this and opens a similar place in this neighborhood.
My family absolutely loves the ribs and chicken from this place! The chicken is incredibly juicy, and the ribs are so tender that they practically fall off the bone, bursting with flavor. Our favorite sides are the yellow rice, red roasted potatoes, and the mac n' cheese, all served with a grilled pita bread on top. I highly recommend ordering ahead and opting for pickup, as it tends to get busy and the food takes a while to prepare. While the interior might appear a bit rundown, it's not the ideal spot for dining in unless you're okay with smelling like smoky grilled chicken afterward. Therefore, takeout is definitely the way to go.

Ordered Take-Out. Was told it will be ready in an hr. Went an hr later to pick up, but had to wait another 30 mins. Finally when they gave me my order, I was told my sides (yellow rice) that I ordered an hr ago was no longer available. I was offered the other sides available. They obviously gave my sides to the the patrons. Terrible service !!

It's sad to see how they don't want to serve iodine, the staff brought in a girl saying that they did speak Spanish and they told her no when the majority of the staff speak this language. It may be delicious but the attention is rubbish, it's not nice to see them being criminalized like that. Why don't I buy for the same reason, I remind you that you are also migrants, be more human, this place is disgusting, this is the second time this has happened
