Definitely would not go back again. I went around 6:30pm and the kid making the food was terrible. I get that is rush hour but there is no need for the terrible attitude. They didn’t have white rice, so I asked for salad instead and they didn’t have it(he didn’t even bother checking or mentioning a wait time for rice. He goes I ca give u lettuce “it’s the same thing” I asked for chicken cause the steak was low and I know I would get half a scoop to be charged full price, he was low on corn and I asked if there was more coming and he told me “Do you want it or not” I was literally saying forget it and was about to walk out, the lady came over and said she would finish it and she got more corn that just came out. The attitude of the first employee was horrible and there was no need for that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very poorly managed and does not have enough workers. This location never has all the ingredients so this effects the building of the burrito. When they shutdown for 10 minutes they should use that time to restock the ingredients.

I walked in this chipotle and was disgusted, the environment is atrocious. Theres food everywhere, outside all the containers, theres beans in the chicken, cheese in the lettuce, sour cream in the corn etc. From the 60 seconds i was actually in there nobody seemed alarmed or apologetic about the trash everywhere. Dont ever walk into this chipotle unless you have a high tolerance for disgust or dont mind being turned off of burritos for months.

Today, December 17, 2025, at 10:45 AM, I came right when the store opened and nothing was ready no vegetables, no toppings, nothing. Staff mentioned their shift starts at 6:00 AM, yet food was still being prepared after opening.

Management needs to take notice. Opening time should mean the restaurant is ready to serve customers, not still prepping. This reflects poor planning and lack of management oversight. Very disappointing experience.

Run out of a lot food. The kids in the neighborhood trash the place every chance they get. I still come here though its the closest store. The staff is pleasant.

The workers are very slow behind the counter. They did not care about the customers. They take their time to serve you
The place was filthy with garbage overflowing from the trash bins. Where is the manager for this establishment. I will not be going back.

I think this is the worse chipotle I’ve ever been to. They ran out of topping. And the chips I ordered were literally soggy. How are you selling soggy chips to customers?! Poor quality food

Not sure why this place got terrible reviews on opening day. This place just opened. The employees are new and things will take time for operations to be perfect. But I went and had no issues, portions were great and staff were friendly.

Updating my review... This place has been open for a while now. Just completely unorganized staff, they run out of food often and barely add any chicken chicken (might as well be vegetarian). The staff is super slow and spend time socializing more than helping the next customer. It's also never clean, the fountain drink station and tables at the front are probably cleaned once a day.

Wife and I gave this place many chances, now we switched to taco express and when craving Chipotle, we make the trip to Floral Park.

First off I must say the food is definitely good n i mean good portion however I waited on line fr 30 minutes one guy alone taking orders when I finally reach up I ask him how do u stay so clam with a big smile with no help n I mean so many people behind the counter no one helped him I believed his name is wildiir I hope I pronounce it correctly but this kid deserves a dam medal a raise something...I really admire his passion fr his job n so kind to customers meanwhile no one in the back had not one smile...I had a business I would definitely hire that kid....great job kid

I can honestly say I was excited for the chipotle to open up once I heard about it, but now I hope a better place comes through with better employees . The employees here probably hate their job, but definitely don’t order online. They will give you less than half of each proportion I asked for beef Barbacoa and they sent steak and no sour cream should’ve just ordered a taco with this proportion not to be cheap but $17 for a quarter of a bowl is crazy. The older woman that works there has the worst attitude.

Like many other others, I avoided this chipotle location due to the bad reviews however, there was a Bogo deal today and I took advantage to finally try it out. they were training new employees which I didn’t mind. It seemed like the chipotle manager wanted to make this location better. The amount of protein portion to rice, beans etc was even and I was very full after. I didn’t dine in but the tables looked clean. I don’t think this location deserves all the bad reviews and I would definitely give it a second try again.
