Great food, great conversation with the manager. I came across this spot when I got on the wrong train and decided to pick dinner before finding my way back home. I couldn't be happier with the food and the conversation with the manager. Definitely recommend this spot.

A few days ago I placed an order to pick up in this restaurant, which by te way, as many others I frequently visit because of the convenience of the walking distance from home, and sadly I have to say that the manager is absolutely rude. It is not surprising that this restaurant has only 2 stars in google reviews. I would never come back here!

Food is always good,delivery takes a while but Im usually ordering during peak dinner rush so thats to be expected. Food still arrives hot though, Staff and driver are friendly. Love the philly cheese steak fries.

one star the food is decent, guy took our whole order totally forgot to put it in, then called back to replace the order and lets just say wont be ordering from here again its way to difficult to place an order its like a mission , being put on hold 15 times isnt cool especially after we ordered waited 30 mins called to find out where the food was just to hear they forgot to place it, all i see is low ratings anyway guy should really reconsider how he treats his customers or hes just going to lose them all

I ordered from this restaurant on a Sunday night at 8:30pm due to their claim on GrubHub that they deliver within 20-30 minutes. At 9:30pm, my food was still not delivered. I gave the restaurant a call & I was told that my food would be delivered in 15 minutes. Still not within their “advertised” timeframe, but I was just happy my order was on the way. At 10:00pm, my food was still not delivered. I contacted GrubHub to find out what was the hold up. A GrubHub rep reached out to the restaurant & informed me that my food would be delivered by 10:19pm. At 10:30pm, the driver called me to let me know that my order was on the way. I asked, “Do you know how far you are?” At this point, I was starving & exhausted. I had to be up at 6am, but still waiting for food. The driver said, “Nah,” and hung up on me. At that point, I left a review on GrubHub, sharing my experience. My food was delivered close to 11pm. Today, someone from the restaurant responded to me saying, “We are sorry your $20.00 delivery order with $0.00 tip going to Jamaica was late. How did you receive your order on Sunday March 29th at 11pm if our driver went home at 10pm at we were closed at 9pm? First and last delivery for this apartment.” This restaurant’s staff is completely unprofessional. 1) my order was $29.00, including a $3 tip for the driver. 2) my phone records prove that I spoke with someone at the restaurant at 9:44pm. 3) my chat log with GrubHub also substantiates my claim. 4) I don’t even live in Jamaica. Instead of being RUDE to your customers, how about taking responsibility? Or asking your unprofessional driver why he took so long to deliver to an apartment less than 2 miles away? I will never order from this restaurant again & I will be sharing my experience on every platform.

Wow!!! Talk about unprofessional. Now I regret not having read these comments long ago or else I would have not spend the money I do here for when I’m ordering on the go. I always orders from when I’m in the area for clients but this was my first time seeing them on grub hub and even better I had a 5 dollar coupon. So I was surprised to see them delivering in my area in flushing which is super close by the way. When I know I’m running late since I do work a lot driving everywhere I. Queens I end up ordering for my 13 year old kid who is at home waiting for me and would rather get a home cooked meal but online ordering saves lives and it helps when the info is posted truthfully for when you’re on the go and have a million things to do and don’t want your kid to starve. Now I work a lot so I drive I and park all day and night long and I’m never tardy because I give real time frames to my clients so I understand what it is to drive during rush hour. So when I hear the owner tell me an hour and 20 min after I placed an order that the reason it’s late is because of rush hour traffic I can only wonder how they are organized as a Business especially since I’m driving this same area and since there is no school this week traffic has actually been low this week. When I ordered they had told me it would be 30 min which again even if it’s not it’s totally fine if you are running late even an hour is fine but all this time gone and not a courtesy call to even give a heads up that they are delayed. Yet I get attitude for asking where the food was and told that they only deliver fast to their area. (So then don’t advertise in grub hub smfh right) I then get a call from the driver 10 minutes after calling the restaurant to be told that he is on the LIE (no where near when I live by the way actually farther from me would habe goteen much faster going local but a real driver knows this) to tell me that he is stuck in traffic (still) and will be more late than already anticipated. So he kept saying that I can cancel order twice and I tell him no because it’s already been over an hour wait and to reorder now would be cruel since my son was waiting and I won’t make him wait for a new order. So I told him please come I’ll wait. Told him I’ll ask my son to see if food is too cold but it Shouldn’t be a problem juts please get there next. So he agreed and hung up. One second layer he cancelled my order. Now at this point I’m livid. Because they obviously don’t care about their customers. Or at least they don’t care about anyone who doesn’t live in the area. I called to ask the owner why my order was cancelled and he states that why am I so bothered. That I used a five dollar coupon and that I was paying barely anything. Mind you my order came out to 22 even with a 5 dollar coupon and all I ordered was chicken tenders no fries and a chicken kabob so definitely that alone was overpriced but again the 5 dollar coupon somewhat lowered it so I took it . You would think the wait time would entail me ordering a fillet mignon to wait an hour but really a chicken kabob and chicken tenders takes over 1 hour and 20 min. So I’m voicing my concern to owner again not rude but really disappointed that they cancelled it so late after ordering and now being told “oh well” His final reply before hangin up. I don’t care I don’t want your kind of business here. We don’t like your kind. Wow what the $&@“ does that mean. Anyways I’m a respectable person but the second you disrespect me after I’m being nice all bets are off. So I called him back told him to go &$ himself and that karma is a b. Unprofessional and from the food I had there is decent nothing Special but I sure as hell won’t be ordering from here and I’ll make sure We choose elsewhere when I’m with new clients. There are nicer establishment but I wound stay away from angry business owners who act miserable. I Mean I get it . Bell Blvd used to be the place to go now it’s dying but don’t take that out on people who want to buy from you. Shame on you !!

I had the prime stake burger with bacon right now and It was bland and tasted like nothing. The fat “chef” came and said that they don’t season their burgers and that’s why salt and pepper is on the table. I only took two bites and he said that I ate half the burger and couldn’t take it off the bill. He told me “every restaurant I’ve worked in don’t season their burgers” He’s delusional. Don’t go here. The waiter was very nice.
