I ordered for delivery several times from this location and mostly it went well and foods were good. But yesterday, they delivered after 5 hours. I understand that they could be busy since it was Sunday evening 6:15pm, or they might had some internal issues. The problem is, there are no way to find out or have option to cancel for the customer. As a result, I wasted $70+, and found cold foods in front of my door next morning which made me feel even worse.

I waited 2 hours for the food, tried to call the store 3 times and finally someone answered. When I mentioned we waited a long time for the order they only said it was because they were too busy.
