I ordered for delivery several times from this location and mostly it went well and foods were good. But yesterday, they delivered after 5 hours. I understand that they could be busy since it was Sunday evening 6:15pm, or they might had some internal issues. The problem is, there are no way to find out or have option to cancel for the customer. As a result, I wasted $70+, and found cold foods in front of my door next morning which made me feel even worse.

I waited 2 hours for the food, tried to call the store 3 times and finally someone answered. When I mentioned we waited a long time for the order they only said it was because they were too busy. No effort to make it right. When you try to talk to a customer service agent on the Domino's site, it's all a robot. Will never order from this store or Domino again. Very bad customer service.

This location has gotten better with curb side pickup. Used to be bad when you get there and the food still isn't ready . Staff is not very attentive/ friendly when customer come in for pickup or taking order
Terrible I order a cheese pizza for my daughter after 45 minutes no pizza I called them and they said they are busy however they were not busy when they changed my card $20 for small cheese pizza which they charged $6 dilevery

I only ever order their classic buttery crust plain or pepperoni when I’m feeling a cheat meal.
I was surprised when I went to store for pick up. Person s hand who makes pizza was very dirty no globe. Store itself was disgustimg. Barely can see toppings and cheese. If you try to save money by reducing amount of toppings and cheese, don’t do this business. You are stealing customer s money. Large pizza has 4 pieces of topping? Are you kidding??

If I could give this 0 stars I would.
The lady doing the pizzas had no gloves on when making people’s pizza. She then proceeded to go to the cash register with the same hands and touch the register and money. Afterwards, she went right back to making someone’s pizza WITHOUT washing her hands or putting gloves on. Terrible for cross contamination! If they knew the health inspector was coming, she wouldn’t have done that

There is a parking lot and staffs are very kind. Also, I didn't need to wait too long as they prepared it fast. Overall, very good place since there are great staffs and food quality is good too!
