I had a great experience at DonerHaus! The food was delicious and fresh, and the service was amazing. Jin was my server, and he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Jin — he made the visit even better!

The doner was *so* good — savory, wrapped just right, and packed with flavor! I loved the pickled red onions and red cabbage with the salad inside. And don’t skip the fries — they’re thin, crispy, and seasoned just enough. Perfect combo with the gyro!
If you need something that totally hits the spot after a long day, stop by and grab one. So yummy — you’ll want to come back again for sure!
I am a regular customer here. Picked up food from here and it was good, but terrible service this time. I asked the lady at the counter to change the white sauce to the spicy sauce (since I cannot have it) and she was very rude about it. Apparently, according to the employee it’s a “policy” that they cannot switch the sauce. I Have never seen this policy at this restaurant the past times I have come or at any other restaurant. Other times that I picked up food from here, the employees would exchange it with no problems. Food is great here, but the service was not today with that specific staff member. She was being very stubborn and intentionally trying not to give me the spicy sauce, which was so weird. Please have all staff members be kind toward their customers and if this is a policy, please change this policy.

I heard about this place at nysra so had to try. The food is SO good, service is fast, the girl at the register is very friendly! We ordered takeout, the sandwiches were wrapped really well several times and placed in a triangle box. Awesome idea. The chicken was flavorful and the whole sandwich was seasoned well.
