Dirty store with terrible employees and management. They mess up orders, their POS system is junk, and the employees are aggressive. Be careful and do not use your credit cards here, always get a receipt.

The Workers are at this location soooooo rude !!!! They messed up my order and tried to charge me extra for them to fix their mistake !! Insane !! I get the same thing every day and never have issues but at this location the drinks taste like garbage and is super filled with ice . Again I love Dunkin but this location is THE WORST !! Not my first TERRIBLE experience here , I tried to give them another chance but it’s been months and they haven’t improved a thing ! (it’s very close to my job unfortunately).

This Dunkin has to be one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. They are extremely rude, and the donuts are stale. I once wanted a donut and was told they can’t sell me the donut because it was old…. I’ve been to many Dunkin’s and the donuts should always be fresh. I will never be coming back to this Dunkin.

They are so rude at this Dunkin store. The lady in the morning Tamana is especially rude and nasty. She also makes the drinks bad and doesn’t add in what you ordered and paid for in the drinks. This happened to me several times and when I politely asked her to add it, she gets an attitude. I mean, I paid extra for it so I should get it. I stopped going to this Dunkin. Horrible service.

I use my card in here and the employee messed up on his screen and try to double charge. Me then has the nerve to scream in my face over the counter with his disrespectful demeanor barely even knows didn’t even know what to do either. I will never attend Dunkin’ Donuts again as a federal employee and I Advise no one else should.

Annoying yelling each other while working is unacceptable! The woman lady was busy doing everything while guy is talking and screaming at the back in tbeir language! I have 5 mins to catch my train n today I missed it because of Laziness of them! They should change or add Stuff! Hey Dunkin these things is impossible to concentrate about the drinks I want on my coffee if you are not focus! Focus on ringing people up But not Focus on Making the Orders!
I work around the area and this Dunkin’ is the absolute worst!!! They always get your order wrong, they always take forever to prepare an order which they’re going to get wrong anyways. And none of the staff know any of the items on the menu. But today with my particular experience I waited in line for an extended period of time without anyone taking my order or any form of communication. I would understand if they were busy but I was literally the only person In line I left without ordering anything. If I could give them negative stars I would.

To the women who run this Dunkin’ friendly service is kind of a good way to keep customers! Been here many times and there are 2 women who scowl at the customers! New items on the menu questions, got me a huge attitude this morning! I don’t know is there something about Bell Blvd. businesses, that some seem to think pleasant attitudes are impossible without making a sale!

This is by far the single worst Dunkin I have ever been in. I doubt I’ll ever find one that is worse. The service is SLOW.The location is a block from the LIRR train station. Unless my train is at least 15 minutes away I will not go into this Dunkin. That’s how slow they are.The donuts are just plain gross. They look and taste like they were made a month ago.And no matter what you order, they try to talk you into something else. I can’t just order a small coffee, I have to tell the server 3 times I don’t want a medium. Sometimes I have to start walking out before they say “ok, I give you a small”.Avoid this dump at all costs.

It’s funny how every time I go over and order the same extract drink to the lady and somehow she always does not hear the part “with whipped cream”. And once in the lifetime when they do it’s barely half way. (A guy took my order that time). I want a large iced matcha latte with whipped cream and a donut. Somehow she heard the beginning and end but just not the whipped cream? I mean like once or twice yea sure whatever but every time. Like am I not speaking loud enough cause I know I spoke very clearly. I’d always have to double check oh did you add the whip cream. Id feel like a brat.
