I work around the area and this Dunkin’ is the absolute worst!!! They always get your order wrong, they always take forever to prepare an order which they’re going to get wrong anyways. And none of the staff know any of the items on the menu. But today with my particular experience I waited in line for an extended period of time without anyone taking my order or any form of communication. I would understand if they were busy but I was literally the only person In line I left without ordering anything. If I could give them negative stars I would.

To the women who run this Dunkin’ friendly service is kind of a good way to keep customers! Been here many times and there are 2 women who scowl at the customers! New items on the menu questions, got me a huge attitude this morning! I don’t know is there something about Bell Blvd. businesses, that some seem to think pleasant attitudes are impossible without making a sale!

This is by far the single worst Dunkin I have ever been in. I doubt I’ll ever find one that is worse. The service is SLOW.The location is a block from the LIRR train station. Unless my train is at least 15 minutes away I will not go into this Dunkin. That’s how slow they are.The donuts are just plain gross. They look and taste like they were made a month ago.And no matter what you order, they try to talk you into something else. I can’t just order a small coffee, I have to tell the server 3 times I don’t want a medium. Sometimes I have to start walking out before they say “ok, I give you a small”.Avoid this dump at all costs.

It’s funny how every time I go over and order the same extract drink to the lady and somehow she always does not hear the part “with whipped cream”. And once in the lifetime when they do it’s barely half way. (A guy took my order that time). I want a large iced matcha latte with whipped cream and a donut. Somehow she heard the beginning and end but just not the whipped cream? I mean like once or twice yea sure whatever but every time. Like am I not speaking loud enough cause I know I spoke very clearly. I’d always have to double check oh did you add the whip cream. Id feel like a brat.

Horrible service. I went today for the free coffee deal plus whatever you needed to purchase along with it but we had a problem. I mistook a latte for a coffee thinking it was the same thing which ended up resulting in me not being able to use the deal which is not a big deal. But after finding out I was gonna ask if I could change my drink so I could use the deal. Keep in mind this was before she made my drink she was working on something else, I said "Excuse me" 2 times but she ignored me and this was not far from where I was standing (the cash register) so she could definitely hear me because I was not speaking that quiet either. But when she came back to the register I said "Um I meant to say coffee because the deal says coffee but I mistook a latte for a coffee so would you be able to change it?", then the worker said back to me "You said latte so I put latte" with a really aggressive tone and like I said before she still didn't make my drink and I still didn't pay at this point so we could have resolved this in someway but she refused to help me and I'm a minor and she's an adult so I didn't want to argue with her. By the way, this shouldn't be a big deal but I just wanted to get a drink and a little treat for myself since I had a stressful day at school without spending too much (because I'm broke), but instead of doing that I was met with horrible customer service which almost caused me to breakdown but luckily I kept myself composed. I also want to add that this isn't the first time I've had conflicts with Dunkin, a while back I found a fly INSIDE MY FOOD, and prior to the incident today we had another problem that I won't get into but after this experience today it's my last straw I can't find myself going back to my local Dunkin and supporting this kind of establishment if this the kind of service they provide. I would also like to add in the food I got wasn't it, probably because I had no appetite after leaving that place...

They took legit 20 mins to give me my drink cuz there’s just one employee working inside. When it was finally my turn to order, the employee Azizur was extremely rude and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back here.

Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Consistently forgetting items. Also my rewards/offers that they scan NEVER seem to go through. They do not honor Dunkin’s promotions at all. There’s always flies in their unused coffee cups too. Very slopping. Bad service.
I wanted to eat a delicious bagel, but they gave me a burnt bagel. It was as hard as a rock. Bad experience

It felt unhygienic. No one was wearing gloves, and the worker just touch the dirty money from the customer and then started making the food without washing hands. The workers were talking while making the food so their spit could have gone in there. Also, I was paying in cash and the workers didn't let me pay without downloading the app and forced me to download it even though I didn't want to.

I ordered two vanilla donuts and the lady gave me two strawberries favor, and they never put any wrapping paper when they placed it into the the paper bag and when I got home the frosting is melted and sticked with the paper bag..…
