It’s very close to my work and have parking lot. They have wi fi and huge dining room. Usually quiet and not crowded. They also have ice cream which I love it.

terrible experience. i ordered online for pickup and waited 15 minutes for them to put it in the pickup area. after waiting and nothing, i asked and they had my food sitting on the side, without my coffee. They handed me my food and i sat down to wait for my drink, when i heard one of the workers ask if i wanted my drink and i said yes, and waited. after finishing my food i went to ask for my drink and they never made it because they thought i already got it, even though they never gave me anything. by far worst dunkin experience in queens. additionally, im almost positive i saw one of the workers pick food up off the floor after dropping it and still put it in a bag for another customer. absolutely disgusting.

By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in all of Queens, New York. Customer service was horrible! Employees are all filled with anger and attitude. If you don’t want to work, just go home. They can’t answer any questions.Food was even worse. I asked for an egg and cheese on a croissant, and they had bacon in it. By the time I got home, it was already too late. I will never come to this Dunkin again. Close them up, there’s a better Dunkin’ Donuts near bell blvd.

I went through the drive through! Service was over the top amazing! The service was quick and the staff was really friendly. She complimented my sweater with hearts. It's Valentine's day tomorrow. Coffee and donut was exactly as I expected.

Consistently the WORST dunkin in Queens. They can never function properly. Staff can't figure out basic stuff. Today I asked for a coffee with 1 in of milk. And she said "we dont take measurements... tell me how much milk".. huh? Was i suppose to say 2 ounces? It's always something though. Last week I ordered an Americano with some milk and they said...they can't add milk to an Americano because then it's a latte. Always always always a problem. They mischarge you too. Always get a receipt because they add stuff like a munchkin to your order. Terrible place.

Unbelievable, I'm here as we speak. This woman with a hijab on is highly disrespectful. They never have a manager in charge so they can void mistakes. There is always these guys that are drunk
2 of them. There is one guy with glasses that helped and tried. Unfortunately due to the language barrier, he couldn't understand. He helped as much. I tried to help him because I know P.O.S systems very well. The woman calls me stupid everyday in the drive thru, not knowing I speak 7 different languages. All I did is order through the app because they're register isn't working to void the item that wasn't able to be purchased. Also the other register isn't working. Why? I'm looking at the other reviews and now see what all of you guys are saying. You're all right. They all went to the back to talk about me while customers are waiting. I'm astonished at this poor professionalism. I have bit my tongue for over 6 months. I come every night and they just can't stop talking about how stupid us Americans are stupid in urdu their primary language. I will be reaching out to corporate and the better business bureau. Also when they were getting construction work done and paint. I had paint chips in my iced tea and the croissant was smelly like paint

Service stinks as a couple of the younger drive thru workers a male & female are very nasty and get your order wrong all the time.
Staff needs to be retrained to be polite to customers who can spend their money anywhere. Rude window clerks are unacceptable.
