Bad all around unfortunately. Some of them don’t understand English. The wait is always long. It’s like their first day everyday. Somehow they manage to have it taste different than all other Dunkins (burnt taste). How?

Not all Dunkin is created equally, this location standout above the rest in Bayside. I live closer to 2 other Dunkin, but I go out of my way to come here for my donut fix.
Their donuts are fresh and done with a good amount of filling and powder sugar. Never had a stale and empty donut here. The service is friendly and serve the community of Windsor well. Thank you.

Young white girl cashier would barely even ask how can I help you to get the order , acted as if me being there is a nuisance to her, after I paid for the item she looked down immediately as if to make sure I don’t look or say anything to her. I’m okay with that type of interaction I feel the same way.

Nice employees and management, however I am constantly waiting 15+ minutes for a mobile order consisting of a black coffee. Today I left empty handed and the store was not even busy.

Went in for a ice cream sundae asked for a 2 scoop with hot fudge. Guy was puzzled. I asked you have hot fudge and he didn't understand. He said almonds, I said no hot fudge, he said cherries, I said you understand hot fudge, he had no clue what hot fudge is. This was a employee with zero experience and it wasn't like he was a kid on his first job. I walked out and drove to Hagen Daz on 188 street.

I waited 18 minutes until I was served now I can’t fault the guy that was doing his best because it seemed like he was the only one there with a lot of customers taking orders and preparing their food. Dunkin’ Donuts. This one really needs more workers I should’ve had a free drink Because of that long wait but I understand he was the only one doing his best. Let’s get it right and get him some help. Thank you.

Great experience since the new manager. She is workaholic and looks after her customers. Coffee and donut always taste great. Just the Other staff members need to learn more from the new manager.

The Customer Service in this store Sucks. They always have a backed up line and never have more than 2 people behind the counter. The Donuts are often stale and the Staff often doesn't know how to make the Drinks they serve. This Dunkin and the one on Springfield Blvd are badly run. They have the same problem not enough Customer Service and often stale Donuts.
