I waited 18 minutes until I was served now I can’t fault the guy that was doing his best because it seemed like he was the only one there with a lot of customers taking orders and preparing their food. Dunkin’ Donuts. This one really needs more workers I should’ve had a free drink Because of that long wait but I understand he was the only one doing his best. Let’s get it right and get him some help. Thank you.

Great experience since the new manager. She is workaholic and looks after her customers. Coffee and donut always taste great. Just the Other staff members need to learn more from the new manager.

The Customer Service in this store Sucks. They always have a backed up line and never have more than 2 people behind the counter. The Donuts are often stale and the Staff often doesn't know how to make the Drinks they serve. This Dunkin and the one on Springfield Blvd are badly run. They have the same problem not enough Customer Service and often stale Donuts.

Arrived at 8:50 and placed my order, waited for 15 minutes and asked if it would be ready soon. They had mistakenly given my food to someone else. Waited an additional 15 minutes for my food and when I got it my hash browns were cold in the middle, as if they hadn't been cooked all the way. Now I have to start my work day late and without breakfast and I am never spending another penny there.
Nice people work at this Dunkin Donuts the only problem is the donuts are stale by the afternoon and today there was poop under one of the outside benches. There was also a dirty cushioned chair in front. It looks kinda ghetto..

Ordered a Mango Pineapple Refresher with a little bit of ice. There is a lot of ice in my drink, she didn’t fill the cup up. And I don’t taste the lemonade.

Ordered a lemon iced tea w/ 1 sugar, a minute later the cashier lady placed a cup of iced tea on the pick up desk in front of me and simply said “no lemon” and left. I tried to ask her if they have something else instead but she ignored me. So I got a plain cup of ice, and tea, for 5 bucks. As if they had a different understanding about customer service, nor did the cashier lady felt sorry for not giving the customer what they are here for. Very disappointed.

Ambience rating for this franchise (3). I would say it's a small space and it looks and feels just like a Dunkin' Donuts. As to the quality of the products offered donuts are donuts, coffee is coffee today I had ice cream, which had large chunks of ice in it, indicating that it had been previously allowed to thaw, and then was refrozen Rapidly. For that I paid four dollars. When I paid the bill, the change I received was .23 cents short. I can excuse one or two pennies for $.23 is almost a quarter. The insulting thing is this was done to my face with me holding a receipt that's all the correct change then I should've received on it I believe the proper phrase applied to this location of Dunkin' Donuts is let the buyer beware.
