This is the worst Dunkin. Corporate should shut it down! The service is so slow you have to give yourself 15 minutes, if it’s not empty. I didn’t think it was possible for someone to work so slow.
The bathroom was closed for Covid, then it was closed for repairs for a couple years and now it’s “employees only”. Obviously the owner could care less about his customers.
And they took out many of the tables and chairs. In the area where the tables were it’s become a place for them to toss boxes. It looks like the back room.
And like most Dunkin’s the donuts are old by the time they are made off site and delivered. Barely eatable.
This location is a perfect zero from A to Z.

When ordering food I have to make sure that there aren't too many things to the order. 9/10 times I find that either something is the wrong thing, or I'm flat out missing stuff. And unfortunately, I can't just run back all the time and complain. I'm at the point where I would have to sit down and check what is in the bag... if I'm not trying to be somewhere... Unless it's only a couple of things, there are other Dunkins around that are much better, just not as convenient.

I’ve been frequenting this location everyday and it’s always a bad experience here. Extremely poor service, racist employees that need to be fired or trained better.
Numerous occasions where employees would be eating and chatting, while I’m there waiting for five to ten mins hoping someone could either take my order or start working on my order. Even if they make my order wrong, they act like they’re in the right and start scolding the customer (do not work if you don’t have the right attitude).
I would rather spend an extra ten minutes driving to the other dunkin location who are always welcoming than visit this one again.
Very poor order experience. I ordered a large kiwi watermelon refresher. First of all, the staff worked while eating, and second, the drinks made were different from what I ordered before, and it was far from the product pictures. I asked for a replacement, just to get rid of some of the previous ones and get a little something. Why open a shop if you can't provide good service? Don't employees need to be trained?

No English when you ask a question. This happened more than once. The order got messed up, and you can't get a refund. You have to take it or leave with nothing.

Have lived in Bayside my entire life, never experienced a worse Dunkin’ Donuts.
The employee Tasnina is racist and rude. She brings down the entire atmosphere of the store. The other employees are friendly and kind.
It’s sad what a miserable person can do to a great store.

According to an employee the store manager restricted me to seating an 1 hour. I usually sit for 3-4 hours (while buying $20 of food everyday. As i work on the computer. I even offered to buy food every hour to satisfy whatever the store managers problem is. And they refused... i get it if the store has more people then seating.. but whenever im there theres WAY more seats then people... so whats the problem? 🤷♂️

Do not go to this Dunkin Donut. Shaful is the worst customer service person. If you do Uber Eats or Door Dash I would not deliver for them at all at this location.
