One girl cashier very sweet I love her and appreciate her but don’t want to make donation for st Jude’s but don’t get me wrong I love the kids and understand about their love and support for the kids with cancer but I hope Dunkin can do more donations for people and pets and doctors i hope they can lower so much for the dounts and coffee especially putting into a Baskin Robbin’s would help the environment but it’s not my place as a teacher I would love to help . But I feel Dunkin is responsible to
Giving money to them don’t get me wrong their nothing wrong but I feel st judge shouldn’t be asking Dunkin to give money it’s mostly advertising these hospital cost way too much to be told online because you get scam and I don’t get nothing back in return from none of the doctors at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't drink so hard a small glass of coffee, without milk, without sugar, I repeated the small glass, I paid, I received the receipt and I got tired of giving it, when I got tired of giving it, I put the receipt on the counter and collected it, then I got the coffee that I wanted I took a sip and threw away some garbage. The price is expensive, for $1 in every small magazine the coffee is of better quality. I will never buy anything from this establishment.

Never had a good experience here. We’ve done online and in person orders, and neither seem to make the wait time quicker. There is no one ever there (for obvious reasons), yet it still takes 10-15 minutes for an iced coffee. Add another 15 if you wanted food. Then they proceed to look at you like you have three heads while you’re waiting they don’t know you just ordered. NEVER AGAIN
I have gone here numerous times with my family and NEVER have I ever had a good experience. They take forever to make the food every single time even when there is absolutely nobody in there. They take orders when they can’t even serve the previous twenty people’s orders. They ask what you’re waiting for and usually the answer is everything. It’s unbelievable. This place stinks. Do not recommend. Worst experience of my life.

Just ordered 3 donuts for pickup. I was in a rush and didn’t check before leaving. Got home and found only 2 in the bag—one of my kids got nothing. Thanks for the hassle, Dunkin. Won’t be coming back.

This is the worst Dunkin. Corporate should shut it down! The service is so slow you have to give yourself 15 minutes, if it’s not empty. I didn’t think it was possible for someone to work so slow.
The bathroom was closed for Covid, then it was closed for repairs for a couple years and now it’s “employees only”. Obviously the owner could care less about his customers.
And they took out many of the tables and chairs. In the area where the tables were it’s become a place for them to toss boxes. It looks like the back room.
And like most Dunkin’s the donuts are old by the time they are made off site and delivered. Barely eatable.
This location is a perfect zero from A to Z.

When ordering food I have to make sure that there aren't too many things to the order. 9/10 times I find that either something is the wrong thing, or I'm flat out missing stuff. And unfortunately, I can't just run back all the time and complain. I'm at the point where I would have to sit down and check what is in the bag... if I'm not trying to be somewhere... Unless it's only a couple of things, there are other Dunkins around that are much better, just not as convenient.

I’ve been frequenting this location everyday and it’s always a bad experience here. Extremely poor service, racist employees that need to be fired or trained better.
Numerous occasions where employees would be eating and chatting, while I’m there waiting for five to ten mins hoping someone could either take my order or start working on my order. Even if they make my order wrong, they act like they’re in the right and start scolding the customer (do not work if you don’t have the right attitude).
I would rather spend an extra ten minutes driving to the other dunkin location who are always welcoming than visit this one again.

Very poor order experience. I ordered a large kiwi watermelon refresher. First of all, the staff worked while eating, and second, the drinks made were different from what I ordered before, and it was far from the product pictures. I asked for a replacement, just to get rid of some of the previous ones and get a little something. Why open a shop if you can't provide good service? Don't employees need to be trained?

Have lived in Bayside my entire life, never experienced a worse Dunkin’ Donuts.
The employee Tasnina is racist and rude. She brings down the entire atmosphere of the store. The other employees are friendly and kind.
It’s sad what a miserable person can do to a great store.

According to an employee the store manager restricted me to seating an 1 hour. I usually sit for 3-4 hours (while buying $20 of food everyday. As i work on the computer. I even offered to buy food every hour to satisfy whatever the store managers problem is. And they refused... i get it if the store has more people then seating.. but whenever im there theres WAY more seats then people... so whats the problem? 🤷♂️
