Horrible, Terrible, Awful, and any other BAD adjectives that you can think of. Management and cashiers at this particular locations seems to be much worse than any other Dunkins that I have been to. Ordered a hot coffee and a glazed donut and I received a lukewarm coffee and a stale donut. Went in the morning, pretty sure the donut was from yesterday. Will not visit EVER again.

Stale donuts, room temp coffee, but worse of all, Extremely BAD service. Management should really review who they hire as employees. Cashiers talk on the phone and do not take orders. When they finally get off the phone, they have a really bad attitude and is not pleasant at all. Would never return again.

I expected to see the usual in a Dunkin' Donuts but this place was a turn off it didn't have enough room in the front counter area and you have to look over other people's shoulders see what was on the rack for the donuts I didn't stay I left it was too aggravating waiting on one person to wait on 5 or 6 people that were impatiently waiting play definitely needs more help

Service was absolutely terrible. The cashiers was just chatting away and not serving the customers. When it was finally my turn to place an order, the cashier was very rude to me and had a very bad attitude.The tables and chairs were also very filthy and it seemed that nobody cared about cleaning the store.

Horrible attitude from the cashier lady. Would not stop chatting and very slow to take the next customer. Some kind of liquid was obviously spilled near one of the tables for a while and was not cleaned. Overall, very dirty and slow and bad service. Would not recommend to anyone. Will go for coffee anywhere else next time.
I ordered four items to eat and drink. Just an ordinary morning. When I got my first coffee, I was waiting for my second coffee order to come, so I went to look and see if it was mine. When I went to look at the cup, the counter lady just pulled it away, saying, "This is not yours!" with a bad, loud attitude. ? I was looking at the cup to see if it had my order number or my name because she wasn't letting me look at it. She kept repeating in a loud voice, "This is not yours!" I thought to myself, "This lady is crazy! Getting loud with me for nothing!" There was a gentleman, her coworker, who stopped her from getting louder. I don't know if I'm coming back to this Dunkin' Donuts! Watch out for the bad attitude cashier lady!
