Fiamma 41 is a fabulous addition to the neighborhood. Love the atmosphere of this place. Fried Calamari was really wonderful, I have tried couple of things here and Fried Calamari is my favorite by far. The staff were very helpful and overall the service was great. Fabulous addition to neighborhood.

I call this outstanding restaurant from time to time because I enjoy the special atmosphere that is characterizes this place. The team is extraordianrillyremarkably welcoming and well trained. The service is awfully quick. Not to mention, the food you get is first-rate. I have been there often and I was always pleased. The expense is honest. I highly suggest this restaurant to to all.

Beautiful place w/ great food and great service. The fiocchi alla fiamma is delicious and all the pastas we had were light and perfectly cooked. Pizzas were good too as was the veal! The limoncello shots were awesome w/ lots of different flavors.

Food sucks here...bland and bad! Way better options for Italian in the area!

First time here. Fam was really in the mood for pizza and we wanted to stay in the area for outdoor dining. This place did not disappoint! Chef Jeff was so nice and accommodating.... even chatted about dinosaurs with my son. We were able to sit outside comfortably and socially distanced. We had one margarita and one white pizza. Mozzarella sticks for the kids and burrata for the adults. Even the wine was pretty good and I'm a tough critic. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

OK place. Arugolona pizza had good toppings but it's tiny for it's price. Fiocchi alla fiamma is like a small snack for $24.

Came here on a Friday night & placed an order beforehand on the phone. We ordered the Margherita Pizza ($14) and the Viziosa Red Pizza ($19) The pizzas were both individual pies. Compared to other local pizza places, this is definitely a pricy option. However, their ingredients are fresh and the pizzas were delicious. We both really liked the Viziosa which came with tomato sauce, fresh mozz, Italian sausages, peppers, onions, basil. We got take out but I would dine in next time. By the time we got home, our pizzas were pretty cold and we didn't have the full experience. I would recommend this place for a date night in the futu

Honestly, I used to love coming here. Me and my boyfriend would come here before COVID for indoor dining and was happy and satisfied every time. I am very disappointed because the food quality has gone down and the prices are the same. The raviolis used to be full of filling but now, I feel like I'm eating a microwave meal. Small portions, raviolis with barely any filling and sauce that tastes like it's from a jar. I ate my dinner and I was still hungry. I don't think I'll be coming back here. Not sure what happened when the new management took over but Fiamma isn't the same as it was. Sad because I used to love this place.

It's easy to get lost in the sea of Italian places in Bayside (let alone the borough of Queens), but Fiamma 41 has done a heck of a job providing reliable, quality food without breaking the bank. This is no easy feat, especially during the pandemic and I give them kudos for going the extra mile. When indoor dining was still a thing they did a pretty good job of keeping the place funky yet surprisingly spacious. I dig the bar and the woodfire oven, as well as the seating layout and occasional live music evenings. Fast forward to today, they've transitioned the once spacious sidewalk into a fabulous outdoor dining setup. Tables are all socially distant, naturally. The food variety is pretty impressive. Their pizza selection is good, namely because of the woodfire oven but also because of the quality ingredients. The quattro gusti (4 flavors) is a fun one to get, but the nutella smores is easily the most indulgent one I've seen. They also have an array of pastas, cheeses, seafood, desserts, and at one point a heck of a brunch menu. I've always managed to come away surprised at something different and new that I've enjoyed with each visit. The food isn't on another level per se, but it's consistently good and abundant, and that's definitely important. What keeps me coming back is the service. Bartenders, wait staff, and management has been particularly hospitable and I commend them for being professionals. I know I can count on a good time almost every time whenever I stop by. I really do feel that amongst the Bell Blvd string of restaurants, that Fiamma 41 is among their most underrated.

It makes me sad to rate this restaurant 3 stars and not higher but i honestly cannot give them a better rating based on recent experiences. Let me begin by saying that I have been to Fiamma multiple times before covid and every time the service was good and the food was consistently good quality. I very much enjoy the in person experience at the restaurant. In person dining I would give 4 stars. However, since covid started I have been ordering online and it just doesn’t seem like the quality is the same. Since I don’t like that close to the restaurant, my food would arrive cold (which isn’t their fault, it’s just due to the distance traveled) so I started ordering “kits” that they were selling instead of the cooked pizzas. These kits are supposed to come with all the ingredients that would usually go on the pie you order. It’s a great idea, and the first time I ordered it I was very pleased. All the ingredients were very good quality and I was able to recreate a very similar experience to the one in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the quality of the ingredients has noticeably dropped in subsequent orders. The second time I ordered, I clearly got a lower quality cheese than the first time even though I ordered the same pizza. Then the third time I ordered, not only did I get the lower quality cheese again, but I also got a different pizza sauce than the other two times. It wasn’t the same quality at all, it was chunky instead of smooth and it felt like it was flavored with meat instead of just tomatoes and herbs. I loved Fiamma and I feel like giving away Low quality ingredients in their “kits” when they cost the same as their normal pizza is not only disappointing, but also scammy. I will not be ordering from Fiamma anymore, but I may consider going to eat there in the future once I feel comfortable dining out. These past two ordering experiences have left a bad taste in my mouth though (literally), so I highly discourage people from ordering as they take advantage of the fact that you can’t really complain and change your order once it has been delivered.
