Comparing all burgers in the fast casual space my standouts are Five Guys, Shake Shack, and In-N-out. The burgers are in no way as pretty as the latter 2 options but they more than make up for it in taste and in my opinion value.
I do enjoy the complimentary peanuts and the fact that when ordering online, your fries are only then put to fry to ensure freshness. It's not complicated because it doesn't need to be and if you hold it to that standard I think five guys is a great burger and alternative option to some of the other franchise chains in the country.
Keep it up Five guys.

This place is amazing and feels like my family is there. Today I made a mistake in ordering through the app without using the magnifying glass. But they waited patiently until I arrived, checked with me,cuz they know my previous order even my tasted and made it with care. I am so grateful that there are such kind and good people.

The Worst burger ever I had iat the five guys. The pattys are just cold as cooked about half an hour ago. I will never go to this Store anymore.
It tasted amazing, probably because it had been a while since I had it.
We ordered three burgers and fries.
If you like spicy, you definitely need to add jalapeños!
The spicy kick balances out the greasiness and makes it even more delicious! definitely the perfect touch, haha.

I am here a lot. Whenever i am getting food during the evening (75% of the time), the crew taking the order and making the burgers is awesome! Everything is on point. Whenever I order food during the daytime(lunch the other 26% of the time the crew working sucks. They don’t pay attention when they ask you for your order and food orders are messed up.
