My burger is a little bit dry, ( I had five guys in mahanttan, it's better, and tbh shake shack has more juicy burger) and my hot sauce is missing in my burger. The peanut butter milkshake is really good though.

It can get busy during lunch. This time, we ordered online. 5 cheeseburgers, no bun, wrapped in lettuce, etc. Everything was great, on par with the selections. We forgot one of the french fries and the staff was helpful and quickly got another. Good service. Plenty of parking btw.

Comparing all burgers in the fast casual space my standouts are Five Guys, Shake Shack, and In-N-out. The burgers are in no way as pretty as the latter 2 options but they more than make up for it in taste and in my opinion value.
I do enjoy the complimentary peanuts and the fact that when ordering online, your fries are only then put to fry to ensure freshness. It's not complicated because it doesn't need to be and if you hold it to that standard I think five guys is a great burger and alternative option to some of the other franchise chains in the country.

The place smelled bad and the garbage bin was disgusting on the outside plus the workers were staring at me and my friend and talking about us it was Abad experience overall
This place is amazing and feels like my family is there. Today I made a mistake in ordering through the app without using the magnifying glass. But they waited patiently until I arrived, checked with me,cuz they know my previous order even my tasted and made it with care. I am so grateful that there are such kind and good people.
