Called ahead for a simple cheese calzone. Got there approximately 15 minutes later, wasnt ready they didnt even start making it saying they had no order for me and im gonna have to wait. If this was the 1st time it would be ok but it wasnt. Calling ahead is pointless. Wont be ordering from there again. Just wasting my time. No complaints about the calzone they're pretty good. Service could be better.

I walked in to buy two slices for lunch and there’s a guy who is making the pizza that was cleaning his earpod case and didn’t even wash his hands. i let the guy know who took my order, a bigger guy with glasses and he agreed with me, but didn’t even say anything to the guy. i hope the owners see this because that is disgusting and unsanitary
Best pizza i had in years

Gino is the REAL DEAL! From now on, my wife Natalie and I will visit Gino's Bayside every time we go to Long Island! It's no wonder he has been open over 40 years! It's the best pizza we have ever had! Howie & Natalie - Houston, TX

Spanish girl with two braids, the worst customer service ever. Made us wait an hour for 4 pizza slices. The only one that made it better was the thinner gentleman with glasses he gave us the fourth slice on the house. The girl didn’t even go back to the kitchen to tell them to make the order and was blank staring like a deer in headlights. First impression are a lasting one and will never come back again.

I have ordered from Gino’s multiple times. I ordered for delivery and one of the items was not delivered. I called the restaurant and a lady on the phone was extremely rude, told me there was nothing she could do that the delivery driver left for the night and hung up on me. Very poor service.

Their pizza & entrees are good although a bit pricey, but they should be embarrassed by their cold antipasto. $20 for 4 slices of salami, a few pieces of 2 different cheeses, a few olives, 4 grape tomatoes, some roasted peppers & maybe 2 bites of lettuce! If they charged half the price it would still be a rip off. I don’t know what I was supposed to put the oil & vinegar on!
I order an antipasto from almost every Italian restaurant that I order from, but Never again from Gino’s in Bayside.

I’ve been going here since 2007 , back in high school and this pizza is still a 10/10! Love this place and the pizza!

So, my friend Kathy posted a negative review and the son basically attacked her online, which is horrible. As horrible was the pizza we ordered Sunday evening. By the way, Kathy has been a loyal customer for 17 years, and instead of apologizing for an awful pizza, he deflected. Kathy told me the taste had changed, but I wanted to give it a try because I've enjoyed the pizza for several years and the pizza has changed. It was watery and the taste was just blah. The true test came when I warmed up a piece, and it was even worse. The ingredients are definitely different, either in the sauce or the crust or both. So, they are serving an inferior and barely edible pizza for top dollar, which is a disservice to customers. So, instead of trying to shame a loyal customer, maybe take a good look in the mirror and read your other low reviews. Duping your customers is awful, just like your pizza.

Their pizza has gone downhill. The crust is thicker and the sauce has changed. Very disappointed.

Ordered a margarita pizza, but they forgot the basil. It literally just looks like a regular cheese pizza and I paid $35 for it.
They were rude and the food was just meh

The chicken Alfredo pasta was amazing and all the different types of pizza was so hard to choose from. I ended up getting the Gino's special and the pepperoni slice which was amazing. Definitely will come back here again!
