10/10 place. I won't lie I usually only do reviews if there is a incentive or if I dislike the place. This however, is a great establishment the burgers taste fantastic they're not overly expensive considering other food options around the area as well as similar smash burger spots.
It's become my favorite go to burger place... the portions are great, the menu is great, good staff, good prices.
If you are familiar with 7th street burger or other viral similar smash burger spots this is a better version of them all. They definitely could use some marketing to get a bit more bussines but man this is probably now my favorite take out place in all of bayside.

I’m breaking up with Smashburger after eating at Hitit. Excellent food, can’t wait to come back.
The food here is great. Jalapeño sauce is especially good. I had an issue with my order that was mishandled and received a call from the owner shortly after some complaints.
He assured staff training would improve and rectified the situation. It ended up being a miscommunication with the staff.
Mistakes happen and the owner showed he’s willing to solve them professionally. Good food, good service.

Best smash burgers in Queens!! Got the... - jalapeño thrill burger, single patty (soft bun + crispy edges on the meat + perfect amount of cheese/sauce/topping) - cajun fries - well seasoned, just used ketchup but would try a different sauce from the menu next time!

10 out of 10. Amazing burgers and fries! The special sauce was incredible too, very good. I love how the burgers are very crispy. I never had a burger like that before, very interesting, and delicious lol. Everything was incredible! I loved it. The toasted buttery buns are delicious too and good quality cheese. Fries were excellent. Cooked perfect. The quality was great and the workers were very nice also. I'll definitely be coming back for these burgers and fries. Highly recommended.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I decided to give it a try when I was in the area. I was the only customer at the time. After placing my order for their Garlic Mushroom Smash, I had a bit of a wait. Seeing they’re new/just opened, I’m sure the turnaround time will be faster once they get a hold of their footing.
Personally, the Garlic Mushroom was a miss as it was way too heavy/greasy and I couldn’t finish it after a couple of bites - the mushrooms were already oily from being grilled then it’s heavily sauced with their garlic mayo. The few bites I had were great, but again, not my preference - I would probably ask for them to go easy on the garlic mayo or would have better luck on their jalapeño or classic if I order again!

Amazing from the food to the service! I came to try out this new spot that opened on Bell and was blown away. The burgers were delicious and as someone who loves sauce, all of them were sooo good. I am definitely coming back and you should definitely try it.

Second time coming to this spot. I had a double jalapeño thrill and Cajun fries. Burger was good. Cajun fries did not really have much Cajun flavoring. Cajun seasoning needs some work.
