Smash burgers are the big trend now, and some places squish them down so much they become nothing more then dry burnt tasteless patties. This place is NOT that. The meat is delicious and their house sauce is amazing. I would recommend getting a double patty as they are small but filling. The fries are very thin but super tasty. The prices felt reasonable and I felt I definitely got my moneys worth. This will be my go to place for smash burgers.

Finally made it to this place and the inside is so clean and simple I love it. Staff was super friendly. Now the burger was great, a little dry but still pretty good, sauce helps and was also super good. I like that they got hand cut fries but I feel like it was ok. Still was a dope experience and I’d come again to try the other items!

I am a burger fanatic and was excited to try this new restaurant. I took myself in a solo date here, that’s how excited I was to go. First impression was that the space is very bare, and you have to ask for things like cutlery. It was Smokey in there, too. Ventilation could be improved.
Now for the food. I ordered the garlic mushroom burger expecting to be wowed because that’s what garlic and mushrooms are known for. I ordered as is, burger and classic fries.
The food was a flop. The burger was unsalted. The garlic is from garlic powder, and it was too much it felt chalky at every bite. Moreover the patty was smashed so thin there was no “bite” to the burger, the beef blended into the buns in texture and the mushrooms were over cooked such that they were bitter.
The fries were fried perfectly, but they were over salted and it was difficult to enjoy them. With fries, the joy comes from tasting a well salted fried potato. In this case it was mostly salt.
I will not be trying this place again.

I just visited HITIT Burger and honestly, it’s one of the best burger spots I’ve tried. From the first bite, you can tell they really focus on quality, flavor, and consistency.
I ordered the jalapeño smash burger, which was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right amount of heat without overpowering the flavor of the meat. I also tried the smash chicken, and it was amazing — super crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. Both options were cooked perfectly and tasted fresh.
The fries deserve a special mention: golden, crispy, and the perfect complement to the burgers. Not soggy at all, exactly how fries should be.
The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, the service was friendly, and the food came out fast, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or craving a solid burger meal. If you’re looking for a great smash burger, crispy chicken, and quality fries, HITIT Burger is definitely worth checking out.
