I took a date there for a quick bite on a first date I thought the food was delicious. The young lady who was the hostess was absolutely beautiful and adorable.
Someone recommended this Diner, items overpriced and food not seasoned. Sad when you order a Pizza Burger and have to add red onions from another person's salad and add salt and pepper just to have some taste. 3 different meals and they all had no taste to it. Burger platters are almost $20-$22 dollars, without fries $14-$18.
Friends and I can sit here and talk without feeling pressured to leave. Friendly wait staff. Tasty burgers
Great diner, been going there for years.
It’s my go to place. They food it’s very good and the service it’s excellent.
Tasty, LARGE portions, decent value, attentive service, kid-friendly. Busy but no long wait at prime time on Sunday. The curly fries were much better than the thick cut. Coffee was meh but the giant chicken parm sandwich made up for it.
Overpriced burgers. Just paid almost $17 for a burger which was made of cheap ground beef. I wold expect a burger of that price to at least be some kind of quality meat. Also the person answering the phones didn’t seem too happy. Regret buying from here and I guess all the other people leaving reviews don’t know what good food is.. and they probably haven’t had a REAL burger before.
This was my first time here, despite going to high school a couple blocks away. The diner was all decorated for Christmas and the holidays. It is a cute place. We did not know what to get and the waiters were not rushing us to decide. They gave us all the time we needed. The food came out fairly quickly and was delicious.
Good local diner.... There are lots of food choices and service is good. Definitely family friendly. Bring some quarters for the old school juke boxes.
Besides being an inviting family oriented diner, the food and atmosphere was very good. Get there early as parking is limited but free. If you park on the Avenue you may need to feed the meter

Not my 1st visit & won't be my last. I only have burgers, chili or chicken soup (when it's cold outside). Always good. Always a warm atmosphere & the staff gives good service every visit. Never over crowded & good parking.
I was very impressed by the attentive staff and that 'Old School' atmosphere The burger was HUGE and the coleslaw delicious! I showed my appreciation and gratitude with a more-than-generous gratuity! Can't wait to go back!
Atmosphere is one of a 50's diner. You can play classic music on the jukebox if you get a booth table. Bring quarters. Missed that They didn't have a breakfast special on the day I went.
Burgers have a solid reputation for a reason. Not a huge difference between this place and the original one further west in Queens. Never had a bad experience here. If you like NY diners, this should be on the list.
Excellent service every time I visit the restaurant. Good efficient staff. Good food.
