Joe’s Bakery is one of the best bakeries in Queens. The almond amaretto cookies, the raspberry-filled rainbow cookies and the Napoleon cake are among the best desserts. They only accept cash — there’s an ATM in the bakery.

For me, what separates good customer service and exemplary customer service is when I ask for something and if it's not possible, I'm offered an alternative. That's EXACTLY what Lidia did for me.
