Ordered the Mezze Crunch salad and it was really delicious. Everything tasted really fresh and the ingredients had a great mix of textures and flavors. The salad was crisp, well balanced, and had a nice combination of crunchy and savory elements that made it really satisfying.
It felt like a lighter meal but was still filling, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and well prepared. Overall a really tasty and refreshing option if you’re looking for a healthy but flavorful salad. Would definitely order it again.

Placed an order on uber eats around 740pm, when I checked on the order it was 840 pm and it said the restaurant was still preparing the order. The delivery driver got there and the restaurant said they didn't have the order. I tried to call the restaurant but of course they closed at 9pm so got the automated response. I'm not sure why they didn't make the order, but no one reached out to say there was any issues with the order. But overall will chalk it to reasons not to support a restaurant.

I placed an order for pickup at Just Salad scheduled for 40 minutes later, and when I arrived my order was still not ready. This isn’t the first time either — it happens almost every time I order from here. It’s honestly unbelievable how poor their time management is. If customers are given a pickup time, the order should be ready by then. Waiting even after arriving at the scheduled time completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. They seriously need to improve their time management and organization. They handed me the food after 15 minutes from the pick time. I don’t think I’ll ever be returning here again.

11/8/2025 I tried the Just Salad in Bayside, and it tasted just as amazing as the one I had in Garden City! The restaurant was nice, clean, and bright — I loved the wall art and welcoming vibe. One thing I really appreciate is that they ask how you want your dressing: light, medium, or heavy. Of course, I said heavy, because that Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette is so lovely! I honestly can’t imagine a salad without it — I’m officially in love with this bowl. 🥗💚 My only concern was the meat toppings being kept in tin holders — it made me wonder how long they’d been sitting there. Hopefully it’s a quick turnover and everything is freshly prepped, because food safety is important. As someone with allergies, I’m extra mindful about what I eat and where I eat. Next time, I’ll go meat-free and make my protein at home, but I’ll definitely be back for that fresh, flavorful salad. This was my first time dining inside (the other times I ordered delivery to work), and it reminded me how important it is to visit the places that make our food.

Food was not even warm, it was like room temperature and borderline cool. It’s also very low-mid tier taste and quality, is it healthy and low calories? Relatively yeah, but it looks and tastes like something someone makes at home.

Just Salad in my neighborhood usually has a lot of good food options, but sometimes one bad server can totally ruin the experience. I stopped by between 1-2 PM (today, being a Sunday-12th day of October) to place three orders, and unfortunately, the same girl with the attitude who’s served me before was working again. She didn’t disappoint—in a bad way. She kept rushing me through my orders like the place was packed, but I was the only one there ordering.
Then she added some bad avocado to my order. When I pointed it out, she added a new one, but honestly, she almost left the bad avocado in until I told her to remove it completely. After that, she kept rushing me and talking over my food, getting pretty loud too. It got so frustrating that I asked if someone else could take over my order. She flat out refused.
Even while mixing my salad, she was still rushing and talking on top of her voice. I asked again for another person to step in, and she still wouldn’t let anyone else handle it. This girl really has a bad attitude. My whole family comes here almost every other day for salads, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering if we want to keep coming back.
