Unpleasant experience with the manager. I asked about a clearly posted promo that said “You could be earning FREE FOOD!”, and I politely explained that it’s my first time at the store. I was met with a rude response: “You get nothing for free.” When I pointed out the sign, the manager replied, “It says COULD, doesn’t mean you WILL.”
It felt dismissive and condescending. A better approach would’ve been to explain how the promo works not respond with sarcasm. It came across as gaslighting and left a bad impression. Management at this location could really use training in basic customer service.

Today was my last straw with this place. After getting home I was eating my salad and started to choke on something. I kept coughing and out flew 2 pieces of plastic (the kind that holds price tags on clothing) . I brought it back and the manager didn't even apologize and just threw money at me. A few other times I was treated so rudely by this one girl who is just nasty and needs a different job. I can't believe this company hires such unprofessional people.

Finally a salad place in the area! So many options available and their specialty salads always have complimentary flavors. Took a star off because I order pre-order for a certain time pick up and it’s never ready/if it’s busy I have to wait for someone to be free so I can ask them for my order. They have a whole pickup section and when I’m in a rush it’s frustrating. Also It’s frustrating that their rewards program only works on the app for preorders since I would like to get points for my orders in store. Otherwise, solid salad place!

Careful, they never have ingredients in stock, there are way better run places for salad all over that at least smart enough to keep basic ingredients like Romaine lettuce in stock.
