I came here on the morning of December 6 2025 just to try their Dutch baby for breakfast. I’ve heard many good things about Kunst and made time to come here on my day off and they did not disappoint! I ordered a side of sausage, the lemon curd blueberry Dutch Baby and an iced honey spice latte. The atmosphere was beautiful with a lot of plants and the food was very good, I highly recommend coming here to try the Dutch Baby!

Beautiful place with great food and coffee. I had a delicious ham and cheese croissant that was perfection and a butterscotch latte that was hot, sweet and brought back fond memories of childhood though it did set me back $10 for a rather small size cup (which is the only size cup offered for this drink) making it more expensive than Starbucks. Unfortunately there are consistently service issues as the wait time to get your order can be quite excessive. I typically do take away but opted for dine in and they literally forgot one of our oentrees which finally arrived LONG after everyone else finished eating only AFTER we brought it to the management's attention. We were all very surprised with his unfazed and unapologetic attitude about it and he did not offer anything to make up for the apparent inconvenience. Some of us had wanted to get one of their famed dutch babies but we were warned they take 20 minutes so we didn't but easily could have and had serious regrets that we didn't considering what ended up happening. I am not sure we will go back to try them considering the high prices, the wait and the lack of customer care. If you decide to stop here even just for a simple coffee drink be prepared to wait based on my many previous experiences here.

This place is beautiful on the inside with a very nice vibe but the service and weird rules ruin the whole thing. I came in today and bought a drink with the intention to do some work but realized that this cafe does not offer WiFi. I was told that I was not allowed to have my laptop out on certain tables and I could only stay for an hour at the table that allowed laptops. This is unlike any cafe I have ever been too and not only was this strange but the drink was bad as well.

I've been a regular for at least 4 years. Love the heavy snow and the iced butterscotch latte. The Dutch babies are also very good especially the lemon one. Dinning in is also very nice as the owners take great care of the plants there.

Beautiful interior 360° full of greenery. But the matcha latte was god awful. I knew the matcha was going to be disappointing when I watched them pull out a matcha whisk with an electric attachment. I can only assume that they care so little about whisking the matcha powder properly because the matcha powder itself is low-quality. Would probably have enjoyed it way more here if I ordered a different, coffee based drink. Also there's a no-laptop policy, understandably, but just a note in case anyone was planning to bring their laptop.

I love the vibe at Kunst Coffee Haus in Bayside! I went with my daughter for brunch and we had such a great experience. We tried the ham and cheese crepe, which comes with a fresh salad — delicious! I also had the pumpkin latte, and it was so good. The avocado toast and iced latte were both excellent too. The barista was super kind and helped us choose our drinks based on what we liked. Such a cozy and welcoming place — definitely recommend it!

Great food and drinks, music and ambience is wonderful as well, but pasted on the door and all the tables are rules about no studying, reading, using a laptop, etc contrasting the decor and warm lighting with a cold, unwelcoming feel... There were plenty of open tables so not sure why they are trying to be so strict on not having people stay to study or read (you can see in the photo there's no one at the big table next to us, and a few other tables were also empty). Whenever I study somewhere, I end up going back for drinks and snacks throughout my time there which one would think is something a business appreciates but I guess they want people to just go in and out

Went here today, I ordered online paid $30 for avocado toast and a lemonade. The order was promised at 12:50 I went to the counter. The baristas told me it was not ready so I took a seat to wait for my food. Once I sat down I was asked by the older Asian woman that owns this place if “I was waiting for someone” I said no I’m waiting for my food. She asked me to get up because I was sitting at a “four person table”. Instead of suggesting to sit at another table she basically kicked me out of sitting and being comfortable waiting for my food. Additionally, the tables say no laptops but someone conveniently another customer had a laptop next to me and somehow they were allowed to sit and I was not. It seems the rules only apply to some and I felt particularly singled out over everyone else. Not a place I will ever go back to again and this is a place I have brought friends with me to before. I also waited 15 minutes for my food today and had this same woman pack my food but she clearly was too busy telling me to get up rather than make my food so I could leave!

Fantastic vibes and great food and drinks at this local cafe. I have had most of the things on the menu and they're all great, the avocado toast and the cheesecake are standouts. Drinks are excellently made and delicious. Really nice vibes inside with a lot of plants and polite staff. One of the best local spots in Bayside near the station.
