The food was horrible, apart from one time I bought a coffee to go and asked for milk and that milk was spoiled... but they didn't even give me that and when I went back to complain they acted crazy... their business is disgusting

No stars!!!!I ordered through GrubHub and they sent me 1 of the items wrong (It clearly specified no milk and they sent it with milk). Order took 1.5 hour to get to me, I spoke to the manager Juana who offered to send me the correct item next time I place an order and I agreed.Today I went to reorder and...Placed an order at 12:25pm and by 12:55pm the delivery guy said he was outside, and he wasn’t(wrong address#1), again at 1:27pm then Juana calls me saying he attempted delivery and the person who answered said it was not for them (wrong address#2) , I look outside and he was not there he was again at the wrong address. Patiently I waited and super kindly at 1:43pm I called Juana and asked how long more it’d be, she said 3 min, 1:57Pm I call her back and driver calls me and says he is outside and guess what he is NOT!!! (Wrong address#3)So I asked to cancel and refund both items, she refused, then eventually said this “one time I’ll do it because it’s from our end” Not too mention she got loud with me saying it wasn’t her fault he got lost (3x) and that I was rushing (after waiting almost a hour and a half)And said she could not refund the original incorrect item and that I’d have to deal with GrubHub so I called GrubHub and guess what they had to call her AND she denied and lied saying she attempted delivery that same day and the delivery was denied!!!!!!Not sure what kind of business Juana and Las Palmas think they are running but this is not to be accepted.Save yourself the frustration and disastrous customer service and don’t order from here.

Thanks for remaining open during the pandemic and also offering meatless options.

I grew up in Williamsburg Brooklyn surrounded by mama and papa Dominican restaurants. So imagine moving into an area where there’s barely any Dominican restaurants. I just happened to stumble upon this restaurant and all I can say is, by far the food is amazing it is so fresh, the taste is unbelievable. I swear by this restaurant my people, you got to come down and try the food⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They’re way over priced we asked for a large carne frita de Rez a large tostones with a side of small beans and white rice 4 empanadas and 2 soft drinks with an avocado salad they charged us $$$$$$75 only for two people we would think it would be 35-50 but 75 I felt like we were taken advantage of like tourists although we gotten the prices down and they actually took some food out and made it less

At first I was so happy there was Dominican Restaurant near my house...we went there 4 times before I gave up and told myself that was the last time there. They never had simple things I ordered from the menu. They literally just have burnt chicken, rice and beans. Anything else.. cross your fingers for it. Service is horrible..very slow and having a crib and baby hanging around the place makes it look unprofessional and unsafe. Decor is tacky .. they could have done such much better.

So here is the scoop direct from the staff. The food here is unauthentic Latin food. The service is sub par. It took an hour for our waitress to come over and take a beverage order! Moreover, the hot food station was quite un- appealing. The staff when I inquired in Spanish as to where was our waitress was, didn't speak Spanish. Dominican restaurant with no latin employees? Really? How about lack of authenticity? As I understand from the staff this is an East Indian food restaurant chain owner attempting to capitalize on the success of the restaurant that was there last year and closed quite abruptly.Anyone who appreciates true latin food and can relate to their family members getting down in the kitchen is why you come to a place like this. This is offensive to Latin and Caribbean people. You can't fake it!!What is also disturbing is why the restaurant closed abruptly. There was a case of Legionnaires Disease that the owner contracted while in the restaurant from faulty equipment he inherited and did not want to re-ooen at the risk of compromising his clients.Legionairres!!!! Disease!!!!Look this upI guess if you want bad service, unauthentic food and the chance at contracting a life threatening disease, bring a mask.PS - Question - All this info from the staff. What does this say about ownership management?Answer- That's easy. Management and Ownership style is as bad and unauthentic as the food and serviceGood luck!

Worst spot ive ever eaten at. Ordered beef stew that look like sloppy Joe and extremely salty. Chicken was so dry you can light a match off it. 16.00 and threw this take out straight in the garbage. Ripped off. Stay away or invest in Malox.
