I had a great time on Friday night at our friend's birthday celebration at Marbella. The staff is wonderful, so friendly ! Marcello was very attentive and made sure we had a great time AND we always had a drink. A++ The room is very spacious and festive. The cocktail hour was great! Had a lot of my favorite bites, like seafood croquettes and tortilla espanola! Dinner was lovely, buffet with items such as pork loin, arroz con pollo and stuffed filet of sole which I really enjoyed. (if u know me, you know i dont eat fish, my hubby couldnt believe i ate this piece of sole! so good!) Lastly...Sangria, my drink of choice always...was a constant on the table and I couldnt be happier! I will definately be visiting the restaurant very soon!

The service was poor during the Flamenco show last year. The water at our table desperately needed refilling and it took ages for someone to acknowledge us and give us water. The food was also not great.

Little gem of a restaurant. Wonderful service and cocktails. Everyone's food was superb except one person's as the steak special was expensive and the meat was tough. Nice charcuterie board for an appetizer. Great, attentive waiter.

In a Best Western, there is street or free parking at the hotel. Nice decor and there was a harpsichordist playing. Nice background music, very unobtrusive. The waiters were all busy taking orders, clearing tables and table side cooking. Ours was very pleasant and attentive. I had their version of chicken cordon bleu which was very tasty as were the sides of rice and green beans that came with it. My wife had chicken with mushroom sauce which she liked and our friends had paella and rigatoni with shrimp. All of us enjoyed our food and had a great time.

We were greeted like family and treated like royalty. We were here for the first time to celebrate my mom's birthday. The food was delicious, the ambiance was like being in Spain, and the service was excellent. I loved listening to Victor play our favorite tunes on his harp. I was mesmerized by his talent. My mom was so happy and they even had Victor sing happy birthday. We didn't even order dessert because we were so full and they thoughtfully brought a piece of flan with a candle for her to make a wish and for us to share. They made the best first impression! Thank you for the great service and for making my mom's birthday so memorable! We already plan on coming back.Parking: Complimentary parking is shared with hotel guests and restaurant guests so it may be busy depending on your arrival time. We got there early 5:15 pm on a Saturday, and had no trouble finding parking.

I don't know why Marbella Restaurant has 4.5 stars only when it should have at least 5 stars...The food is delicious and fresh. Great service and a place to go with the family. Could not recommend more highly for an affordable spot to enjoy high quality food!

The rudest service I have ever experienced—it flat-out ruined the meal. Don’t dare have any questions about the menu, because it’s not that the waiters are unequipped to answer them, they’re just unwilling. Literally had a waiter turn around and walk away when we were in the middle of a sad attempt to find out what the gluten free options were. I just wanted to know what on the menu I could eat—and despite there being options, he was trying to placate me with steak and a salad. Come on. You surely can do better than that. And the food is very mediocre—definitely does not justify the price. It was a very disappointing experience, after having gone there about 10 years ago and remember enjoying it. This place needs an overhaul—on every level—and a major attitude adjustment in their servers. And to respond to the restaurant’s paltry response: we had three servers, of all different ages; all of them not doing their job well (I could not even get a drink—I had to go over to the bar and ask for it.) The fact that you are putting this back on me and making excuses drives home my point perfectly. The waiter trying to answer my question understood perfectly what I was asking—as I already stated: that was not the issue. And even if he didn’t—HE should have gotten the manager (though I believe he was the manager, as he was called over by the second waiter who had been to our table.) That was not my job, and not an excuse. Your waiters either need better training on both service AND your menu, or they need to be replaced.Dietary restrictions: Don’t even try. You won’t get an answer.
