I had a fantastic experience at Martha’s Country Bakery! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful from the moment I walked in. They made sure I was able to get exactly what I came for without any hassle, and were happy to answer questions and offer suggestions along the way.
Everything looked fresh and delicious, and the service was quick and smooth. It’s rare to find a place that balances great customer service with such high-quality desserts, but Martha’s Country Bakery does it perfectly.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

1 star for the staff. I asked for whipped cream to go since I’m going to eat it with in ky car right away. Staff said they do not provide whipped cream to go since only last for couple seconds. I can’t believe even I request it. And she gave me such an attitude too. If u tell me I’m sorry we do not do that since it’s to protect the best quality. But not when u RUDE. So im going to buy my own just because. So mad

Triple chocolate mousse cake & the seven layer chocolate cake. Lovely gelato. Don’t order a matcha latte.
The customer service here simply isn’t great, our drink orders were taken & simply didn’t see her again for another 30 mins to take our desert order, we had to ask for it to go. Not to mention their seating is just simply uncomfortable & overstimulating. It’s more of a safety issue as well in case of an emergency everyone is sitting next to each other with no personal space & listening to another’s conversation. Definitely needs to be re evaluated.

Cake for crusts on cheesecakes instead of cookie/graham crust.
Recently came to Martha’s and ordered a cheesecake as well as two cheesecake slices. I am beyond disappointed to see Martha’s cost-cutting by replacing cookie or graham cracker crusts on their cheesecakes with either their chocolate or vanilla layer cake. For $9-$10/slice, especially, I do not know that I can continue to be a patron of Martha’s.
What’s such a shame is the cheesecakes themselves are actually delicious. However, it’s corner-cutting and it’s cheap to give customers your cake scraps instead of just making a true cheesecake with a crust. Moreover, it’s not very satisfying taking a bite of cheesecake and being met with sweet on sweet instead of getting the crunchiness and saltiness from a traditional crust.
I really, really hope Martha’s rethinks this change, as just last year, they were absolutely not using layer cake for cheesecake crusts. Until then, I will have to take my business elsewhere.
