Today, 12/1/25, I went into McDonald’s to order a meal. After placing my order, I was waiting and checking my phone when a woman she looked to be under 4’7”, with black hair in a ponytail started cursing at me for no reason. I couldn’t even understand most of what she was saying, but she seemed upset just because I was on my phone.
The experience was terrible. I came to McDonald’s to buy food, not to be yelled at. The service was unacceptable, and something needs to be done about this employee’s behavior.
Second day in the row, App order was placed. Front casher does not greet customer not providing eye contact. Again no receipt is attached on my cup which has survey code on it. Looks like store does not want to put it to prevent people doing survey and put negative comment. Very disappointed after first complaints two days ago. Store never contacted for that issue and McDonalds corporate said corporate sent message to store manager. After that, no more survey paper.. Very creative store.
