There is a staff member who ignores me in line to order and just takes the order of someone else who was cut line. She clearly saw me waiting, but instead of saying sorry, she ignored me and said she didn't see me. All I did was wait in line, but I don't know what I did wrong to cause her to treat me like that. It's not that my order was pushed back, but the staff's attitude was disgraceful. Please be careful. Obviously, that employee might ignore you too. The burgers are not as tasty as other branches, I feel ignored, I feel bad, and I won't go there anymore. I won't let my kids go there, and I want to tell other people not to go there either. Looking at the reviews, there were a lot of complaints, but if they are this unfriendly, this place will definitely not last long.

The order was not given. We didn't check our bag before leaving. 1 sandwich was missing. Napkin holder at food pick up area had soiled napkins....never saw that anywhere before.

I ordered on the mobile app 16 Mc doubles and eight french fries. When I arrived at McDonald’s to pick up my order they told me that they canceled it their first reason why is because I wasn’t in the parking lot when I made my mobile order so they can’t honor it, I live .43 miles away from the McDonald’s. Had a bunch of guys coming here to my house after a paintball session so I ordered them all food. McDonald’s totally canceled my order so I went to Texas roadhouse. Thanks McDonald’s they either canceled my order because they had to make 32 hamburgers because they were Mc doubles or because I had a 25% off coupon. Either way McDonald’s sucks .

Remember ask for utensils if you not decide eating by your finger , not even talk about ketchup maple syrup bbq sauce those . If you don’t ask , they won’t give out . I mean it is required by the law but still , drive through and grab food without match sauces and fork really bring u a bad day .
Went here 1 time for a frappucino, nasty Spanish b at the drive thru claimed the machine was down.. Lies upon lies, the lady in the back made my frappucino and handed it to me. Why lie? Hope she got fired.

I ordered a double burger, and one of the workers was unwrapping it, trying to touch it with his bear hands. The fries were cold and nasty, I got a smoothie, and it was very watering. The worst meal.
