Have been coming to Meet fresh for many years, however, lately there is an employee who has been very rude. First time I had an encounter with her she didnt even acknowledge me. 2nd time was today 2/15/26 ordered my drink as usual and she forgot to add an item inside the drink, when I told her she ripped the plastic wrap and added the item that was missing but she was going to give me the drink without a lid she said do you need a lid, so I said yes I do need a lid. Mind you its an iced drink it could spill while im driving without the lid. She sighed in my face and then got mad when I asked her why did she sigh, im paying for the drink not once was I rude to her but very clearly she was bothered that I asked her for a lid. She then proceeded to curse at me, and even her coworker told her she has bad attitude. She got upset that I started recording her (only recorded to have proof when sending to corporate) she started cursing and banging at her register. Im not the type of customer to go around looking for problems, I just wanted my bubble tea but unfortunately it turned into a really really bad experience. I do have video proof that i’ll be sending to corporate.

I ordered redbean soup signature with boba and taro ball and additional miniQ. The other order is additional taro balls. After waiting for 30 minutes, this is what I received for my order which is NOT what I ordered. Both miniQ and taro balls were overcooked.

We came around 9pm and it was still very crowded. There were kiosk for self-ordering. It took a long time to get our order. We spent about $100 which was very expensive for the items we got IMO. The Mochi texture was too hard for my taste. When tapiocas sit on top of shaved ice, they got hard and chewy. Overall, it’s not worth the price.

I had wonderful experience at other MeetFresh locations throughout NY/NJ area, but not this one. There were only 2 workers on a Friday night at peak hours. Kids who need supervision running up and down some steep stairs without supervision. Where is the management/stakeholder of this franchise location? Our order was significantly less in everything, and the hot orders were lukewarm. The girls were doing their best but they are about to break down. I feel for them. If you don’t get proper staffing under control, you won’t last long in this business. Please step up your game.

Save your time and money. The ordering kiosks are unreliable, and the place is understaffed during peak hours. My order for one overpriced ($9) egg waffle was lost in their system, leading to a 25-minute wait. The only compensation was a weak apology.

The value proposition is nonexistent. The desserts are not nearly good enough to justify the high prices, long waits, and operational chaos. Judging by their responses to other reviews, the management prefers to play the victim rather than address these ongoing issues. Try putting up a warning sign on the kiosks if you know they are unreliable and stop wasting customers’ time.

Edit: The harsh words the business is referring to is “It is ridiculous to wait 25 min for a waffle. Why did this happen?” Lol, business even over exaggerating the “harshness” and lack of respect I gave their staff. The real lack of respect is for the customer's time and money.

The portions are noticeably smaller than before, and even when dining in they serve everything in takeout containers. Really disappointed.

the staff was very kind, but the flavor isn't as good as expected. Subpar to the ones in China

The food here is really delicious, I enjoy it every time I come. However, today I noticed that even when the place gets busy, there’s only one girl working. She has to handle everything by herself and it looks really exhausting, but she still keep smiling, It might be that the restaurant is short-staffed,adding more staff could make things much easier for her and improve the overall experience for customers.

The two of us ordered large portions of milk mochi snowflake ice. We couldn't finish the extra large portion. We should have ordered the medium portion. We chose full sugar. The syrup and condensed milk were very sweet, but the middle was still a bit tasteless. place. The ingredients are not very sweet in comparison. There are four ingredients: mochi, taro balls, aiyu and glutinous rice balls, which are quite rich. There are two floors with seating. The layout on the second floor is very elegant and the environment is not bad.
