Great service and food. I love the quality and taste of their matcha. I always look forward when I have a meal here! The tochucha rice is also unique and a nice flavor. I recommend trying it!

This place is amazing! The ingredients are high quality and the food tastes great, you can tell from the very first bite. Most importantly, the staff are super kind, polite, and provide excellent service.

the lady there is so rude and she demands tips and when you don’t give a big enough tip, she tries to force you to put of a tip on a card. She came back three times because she was unsatisfied with the tip. TIPPING IS OPTIONAL!! the food is good but the service is terrible. Do not go here and avoid!!

I have been here two or three times, and every time has been a good experience. The food feels fresh and clean, and the sushi is very fresh and high quality.
The place is very clean and the atmosphere is nice, a good place to go with a friend.

We had a party of 10 - 5 adults and 4 kids. We ordered appetizers: fried calamari, wings and edamame. Fried calamari was the best. Wings are too dry and hard. I ordered the Chirashi but they forgot my egg. We also had the matcha drinks and matcha tiramisu. Food was OK, nothing outstanding but not bad either. Bit too salty for me. Atmosphere was very casual, comfortable and make you feel at ease. Service was fast, good and attentive. I didn't feel rushed even though we were there during peak dinner hours.

Great choice for matcha lovers.
Could tell noodles did have matcha, but good mix w not too much matcha.
The egg custard was great w urchin and thing of mushroom. This is strongly recommended.

I ordered ramen that never showed up 3 different svers told us 2 mins. And and hr+ later nothing. We left with a piece of cake it was given to me as a consolation prize.

I have been here 3 times this year. One week I went back to back. I ordered the Spicy Miso. Everything from the broth to the noodles and toppings were an experience on my taste buds. The servers are very attentive and fully present. I feel like I'm in Japan not Queens when there. Nippon Cha has the top spot for my favorite Ramen in Queens and the whole NYC.

We usually order spicy tuna bowl, salmon mentai yaki-soba, and most of their appetizers and rice bowls are good. Also enjoy their various drink selection. But I will never order their beef selections and eel over rice anymore. The quality of the beef is not that good and the eel tastes fishy. I think the packaged eel in supermarket even tastes better.

It took a 25-minute drive from Manhattan, but I finally got to enjoy some beautiful and delicious sashimi. Their brown sugar matcha latte is also worth trying! A gentleman named Henry patiently introduced each dish to us and even gave us a complimentary matcha cake. This is highly recommended! It's fantastic!👏
