This was my first experience eating at Panera. I was actually pretty impressed and I thought the grilled cheese was amazing. The atmosphere is like pretty much any Big box restaurant chain that's pretty sterile and maybe gets cleaned every other day. However the food was really pretty good.

Food is good, but the service and mobile order system are consistently frustrating. The ‘skip the line’ promise doesn’t match reality. Hope management improves staffing and speed during peak times.

Was there this morning for breakfast bought a couple of things among them a bagel with cream cheese. Before leaving the store checked to see of the bagel had been cut in half realized it wasn't, I asked my mother to please go an ask them to cut the bagel she did so politely and received so much attitude from Melanie ( I assume she is someone from the management team because she was wearing a different color shirt from the rest of the employees and was not wearing a hat or net while preparing food) she yelled at both me and my mother that she could not toast the bagel after it had been past her side of the counter, which we never asked for it to be toasted just cut in half. Melanie has horrible customer service and as a paying customer no one should be treated like that. There were also 4 other employees behind the counter who witnessed the entire transgression DO NOT RECOMMEND not only did she yell at my mother in english she also disrespected her and yelled at her in spanish which is totally uncalled for since my mother speaks English the worst $38 ever spent at a dinning establishment
