Absolutely love Panera Bread. It's my new go-to spot. It's a thousand times better than any fast food place. Food is hot and fresh. Pastries are delicious and bagels fantastic. Their soup and sandwich combos are the best! I have been to a few Panera Bread restaurants in the area, and they are all the same, a cozy place to eat a meal.
Coffee delicious. Bagels real good. Too many kids therr.

Very nice and cozy atmosphere. The staff were very attentive except for one incident. The atmosphere and decor overshadowed that experience though. There's a wide variety of pastry to choose from. I left feeling relaxed. The time there was well worth it. Excellent for families
They messed up the order of my friend. If u have soup, there are no crackers. you have to go back to the machines to order bread.

Absolutely a rip off. I started eating Panera at its first location locally in Carle Place. It's a different animal now. Service at this branch is putrid, the sandwich is minuscule for 8.49.Food is still fairly tasty though.At least if your gonna rip me off give me a smile. Won't go back.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SUSBSCRIBE TO SIPS. IT SIMPLY DOWS NOT WORK THROUGH THE APPmy order did not show up in the system. the woman accused me of putting at a different location. I showed it to her and clearly said Bayside. she just refused to talk further. I ordered just a drink. I've had this same problem at other panera. I think there is a systemic issue with both the app and the fulfilment

I’ve only stopped in for coffee. Sat once. Costumer service is always friendly. I’m usually in and out. This location has become my regular location although it’s not convenient. I took the bus yesterday just to get my coffee.
