I love trying random bagel shops all over the city so this was my first time here. The bagels are hand rolled, made fresh, they’ll pack it however you like and they’re super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend for a great way to start your day.

Read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. Pros: friendly service; quick delivery of order and good egg and bacon sandwich.Cons: Just one but it is a major one. Took a sesame seed bagel to toast at home the next day. When I cut it open it proved my suspicion that these are not bagels at all. It is just bread in the shape of a bagel seasoned with the same flavorings (sesame, everything, etc). If you advertise as a BAGEL shop then by golly you should be serving honest to goodness real bagels! A real bagel is dense and chewy achieved by boiling them first. These are just regular baked bread imitations.I don’t know what is happening in NY but i find this is true of way to many places.

I have no clue why this place doesn't have more stars. Their bagels are huge, fluffy, and the quality is always amazing and consistent. They will even let you know when the hot bagels are coming out and give u a nice fresh one. Tastes straight like heaven. I turned around mid walk home and bought another hot bagel because they were just THAT good. Cream cheese is super fluffy too. This is my go to bagel place and everywhere else just feels mediocre in comparison. Staff is always so nice and cheery too. Will continue to go and always recommend them!

One star because 0 isn't an option. Good luck getting what you order at this place. Consistently gets your order wrong unless you order directly with the cook. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

As I was searching for a zero frills bagel shop in my neighborhood I decided to try this place that I pass almost everyday. Let me report that I'm glad I did as the bagels are some of the best and dying breed of authentic real New York bagels that have the right amount of chew, airy texture and toast perfectly with some crusty peaks. I got six bagels and some cream cheese as well as a small side of tuna salad. They also have a small five dollar tray of lox slices which is perfect to make a small lox half bagel in case you don't love a heavy pre made lox bagel. The service was fast and the lady upfront was very kind and had a smile the entire time.

This is my 3rd time giving this place a chance and they are so stingy with their sandwiches. $8 for a BLT that has 1 slice of bacon inside, the other side of the sandwich looks the same. Consistently a rip-off. Never again.
