Service needs to be completely wiped out and replaced with new team. Workers do not seem happy there and are not welcoming. It seems like a chore to service tables. It seems like a chore to explain an item on the menu. Seems like a chore to make substitutions. Specifically requested no jalapeños due to an allergy at our table and the server sighed and said ok. Food runner brought me jalapeños on my friends food and huffed when we said we asked for no jalapeños and walked away....
Food and drinks were good. Place is a little small, and you have to be careful with the double tip scheme these spanish restaurants have adapted on top of a credit card charge. They will automatically charge you a gratuity on first receipt and then bring you the new receipt once credit card charged showing just the suggested tips but not the actual gratuity that was already added in. To add insult to it all you get charged for using a credit card.
I went here night time and the music was so loud, I couldn't even have a conversation over drinks. I tried guacamole and cocktail, it was good. If you are looking for a cluby kind of place, this is the right one.
