I went there yesterday. the Asian guy was extremely rude. He was pretending he doesn't understand us. went through several comments. looks like it's a culture of this location.

Girl with extremely short hair should honestly be fired. I asked for a coffee and the whole cup was just oatmilk. When I came back kindly to request help she snatched the coffee out my hand and made another but was super petty and added a splash of oatmilk. My boyfriend has asked for a straw and she threw it at him without making eye contact. This girl needs to be fired

Very warm and friendly staff. They greeted us as we walked in with smiles and very attentive services. The seating arrangement were mostly facing the counter, which does not offer as much cozy relax type of environment…but that appears to be the case with most Starbucks now a day :(

They messed up my cheating day.
I ordered londonfog latte.
they didn’t put syrup at all.
I didn’t know how it taste because it is first time. and my wife ordered for me.
I should leave as soon as I receive my cup for my lunch pick up.
when I sipped, It tasted wired. I thought “is it originally unsweetened? Is syrup on the bottom?” I kept drinking thinking many possibilities. (I shouldn’t)
and checked app. it says 4pumps of syrup. (I stopped dringking at this point)
but they refused new one. because I drank 3/4 of it.
very unpleasant. I am full with unessesary calories without pleasant.
even if they had made me a new cup, I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy it.
It was my cheating day. the only cup of sweet latte for 4months.

The Caucasian lady with the overbite, was very rude. Today when I asked for ice cofee, she filled the coffee just half the cup. Also the tall boy with the curly hair, gave me half ounce of milk when I asked for it. They are so cheap. Customers are always right! Give us want we want! I told them if you're so cheap, then charge me extra. They need training and supervised.

I like this location because it’s convenient when you’re driving down Northern. The parking lot can be a mess, but it’s something you’d expect for a place on Northern. Staff is always friendly and the notes on the cups are so sweet! ~

I ordered a grande latte from Starbucks, but when I got home and opened it, I realized I must’ve accidentally ordered the “diet version” because about a third of the cup was just air. Guess I paid extra for some room to breathe. Thanks, Starbucks!

I’ve been going here for 8 years consistently and now they are full of new staff who consistently makes orders incorrectly. It’s a shame to spend so much money on a simple drink and it not be made correctly and for them to just try to fix your drink instead of making it over. After my last experience I will not be visiting this location again.

I ordered grande hot Americano coffee with steamed milk and sugar. But he put cold milk and gave me the coffee so I told him I said steamed milk. I think he understood I said skim milk. His attitude iwas not good. He copied my speaking "blur blur blur" and he gave me steamed milk on the side but I didn't take it. I wanted to put steamed milk inside. I tried to tell him my point but he ignored at me. I can't speak English fluently but I could communicate with anyone.

This store sucks. They have a bunch of new people, with no one with experience to guide them. They have trainees just doing their own thing and anyone who has been there for a while just chit chat making wait times 10-15 mins when the store has barely anyone in it. They mess up your drinks, miss ingredients time and time again. The biggest issue is when you ask for oat milk and they make it with 2% you ask for your drink to be remade and they mess up multiple times. No one there listens or they’re not comprehending what’s on the sticker. I’m a formal Starbucks employee and the job isn’t really that ruff. It’s a Constant waste of $7-$12 on a drink.
