Excellent service! Very attentive staff, especially Peter. Just ask for Peter.. but I cat forget the other helpful staff, Lukas, David, Amy and Faisal … keep up the good work guys !

Ordered a large iced americano, sipped it about 1/3 to find a small piece of plastic in my drink.. see picture. Never coming here again.
Went to this place couldn’t even go to the restroom. It’s locked and you need a code. Like this is not dunking donuts. I am paying expensive coffee to be in a welcoming location. Take the lock off the door. There’s no homeless people coming here.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled after a very poor experience at this Starbucks on Bell Blvd. I’m usually greeted warmly at the register, but the Asian man with the black baseball cap working the front that day showed no courtesy or presence. Instead, I was made to feel like I was being rushed through my order, which I even had to clarify with the man.
What made it worse was that he skipped my baked goods order entirely, serving others behind me first. I waited nearly ten minutes after my drink was ready before another barista finally asked if I was still waiting.
To management: please ensure that whoever works the register shows basic people skills. A simple “hello” and a smile go a long way. And more importantly, awareness of pending orders is essential so customers aren’t overlooked. I’d like to think this was a lapse in attention, but the experience was disappointing.

Horrible. I would stay away from this place. Some of the staffs here are just incompetent workers. The espresso was disgusting. The portafilter was not properly cleaned when making drinks. Stay away.

One of My fave Starbx locations. Great location in Bay Terrace next to Home Goods, plenty of parking, clean and great service. As far as their staff, so far I’ve interacted with Cat and Mesha. Both were friendly, attentive and made drink suggestions that I have ordered again!ThnxxLisa

The iced pumpkin spice latte this year at this location is NOT IT. Went twice and each time they were horrible. Went again tonight w my boyfriend ordered 2 iced pumpkin spice lattes and both of ours were not good. So disappointing. Very watered down, bitter, luke warm, and barely even a taste of pumpkin. So weird not sure what’s going on there but they’re definitely not meeting up to the Starbucks standards we know and pay for.
Ordered a venti here for pick up on a Saturday morning and really like the drink itself, but the barista filled the cup with 90% ice.. I spoke to them about it and how there is no longer an option to adjust the ice level on the app, but they only acknowledged it and said “yeah, sorry”. If I had time to spare I would have requested for the drink to be remade.
Starbucks needs to bring the ice level adjustment option back. And I was quite disappointed in their response. $8 for probably less than half a venti of actual coffee is a scam.
Rude worker in here on a nice Thursday evening June 26@1:55 pm his name was Peter and me and my friend were making a online order and she was putting her card info in and I told him we were making a online order in which he told us to move in a disrespectful way moving his hand like wat thats so rude for a place that’s supposed
To have hospitality and then the girl who was serving drinks that time she must’ve been Filipino or Asian with orange blonde hair she slams the drinks on the table boards rude as heck which makes the whole table shake and some of my drink spill she’s so rude they both are Peter and her need to be fired and the drinks were nasty as heck ordered a strawberry açaí refresher and they gave me some watered down bs filled with like 5 probably hand counted strawberries.

Communal wash area. Giant bathrooms don't have neither a sink nor a mirror because they want people to adjust themselves with the public watching.
They also don't use coffee caraffes so the coffee tastes metallic like Keurig. Can't call the coffee good if it's not brewed and steeped properly.
I am appalled by the experience I had at your Bayside location. For a company valued at nearly $100 billion, the way this situation was handled was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful to returning customers.
On my recent visit, I placed an order totaling $22.03 and tapped my credit card to pay. The cashier claimed the payment didn’t go through. I immediately checked my banking app and confirmed that the charge was pending on my account. When I informed the cashier, she escalated the matter to the manager.
Rather than taking the time to investigate or assist properly, the manager told me to tap my card again—essentially asking me to pay double, without acknowledging the pending charge I already had. When I asked what would happen if both charges posted, I was told that I would need to dispute it with my credit card company because “it didn’t go through on our end.” This was not only dismissive but unacceptable.
The attitude I received made me feel as though I was trying to scam them, which is incredibly insulting. No one offered a real solution or took responsibility for resolving the matter in a way that respected the customer’s time or money.
Ultimately, I was charged, and I had to spend my own time following up with my credit card company to resolve the issue—something that should never fall on the customer for a payment error originating on Starbucks’ side.
THIS EXPERIENCE IS EXACTLY WHY I HAVE NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A STARBUCKS CARD AND NEVER WILL. I will not support a corporation that places more value on its profits than its customers.
