As always the desserts are delish. But the children that you have working behind the counter tonight need to learn some customer service. I was assisted by the Asian girl who i was asking a question. She couldnt understand what i was asking her and then she got annoyed. So she didnt even finish assisting me. And whispered something to the cashier. Which was impatient also.

I don't usually like to write reviews but when you come to pay for good quality food they should provide that quality with the quantity for what they charge. The reason why 2 stars is because when I ordered 3 types of sandwiches, one with chicken another with honey turkey and the other with salmon smoke fish. I asked to cut on each sandwich to 3 slices because it was three of us and we wanted to share it and the staff told me they can't but only can cut 2 slices plus I have to ask manager's permission.. really what is that some kind of kindergarten rules.. So I didn't go further with this nonesense and when I opened the sandwich it was mostly all bread but very little of protein and vegetables and most of it just thick bread. The most of all the sandwich was smoke salmon which there was barely any salmon inside.. when I looked at it it was one thin slice of salmon and the rest was alot of creamchease and a bit veggies and very thick bread.. I usually if I get lux salmon smoke fish sandwich from other good places you can see its a good portion of salmon and veggies in the sandwich but in this place it's unbelievable...So, that was my last straw to decide if I want to come back. To my opinion the manager who is running this place based upon how the service is and the crazy rules on what customers ask for, should know, its not professional to run a business like that.

The girl helping me was terrible... I would have complained at the bakery but one of the other girls was complimenting her for handling the entire right side of the counter alone.. so I figured they are just under staffed and stretched thin.
The real issue that is getting the 1 star review is the fact that the gave me FULL CAFFEINE COFFEE. I called before going to make sure they had decaf still and they assured me they did. At the bakery I double and triple verified that the coffee was decaf... I was awake until 7am. So disrespectful.

They have variety of French pastries and all those I had tried were great. Their coffee is the best from this area so I would always go here whenever I have my meal from near by. Only thing is that this place is mostly a bit crowded.

While dining at this location, I overheard someone in the back shut the door on an employee and there came a younger lady in tears. Not sure how management is run because the food is really good. But that definitely needs to be looked into. SHAME ON YOU FOR THE POOR MANAGEMENT. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Visited here for the first time. We ordered items from different sections. We started off with one young lady helping us with brownies and moved on to order some cookies. She seemed as though we were holding her up from moving onto someone else. I'm not sure if they only take care of certain items. She didn't communicate well and ended up passing us onto another person to complete our order. This made us feel rushed. We ended up getting the chicken avocado sandwiches as well, some other pastries, and a latte. While the food drinks were delicious, I wasn't impressed by the service. I make it my business to choose places with quality food, and I expect the service to match. I most likely wouldn't return to this location due to the lack of quality in the service

Not so bright people behind the counter. Came here twice today and they managed to mess up both orders. First I order iced coffee-they gave me cold brew.
Second time I came in order a cold honey turkey sandwich. As I am waiting in line I see the girl behind the counter out a sandwich in the toaster come out look for the person who ordered, talked about it with another employee who looked confused. Now I’m checking out and they basically try to pass the sandwich to me by saying they misunderstood my order (even tho I watched the entire thing go down and new this was BS) I didn’t care bc I was hungry all I asked if it was COLD the girl said yes it’s cold it just has bacon on it. I get in my car and it’s a hot sandwich on top of me agreeing to take something I didn’t order.
So annoying. Poor communication skills.

This joint truly captured the authentic taste of Greek Bougatsa, just like back home in Greece. We will definitely be returning for more. The cookies are also a standout—perfectly soft and not overly sweet.
Great place, great service, great food. variety of pastry and sandwich. The best coffee. Atmosphere is great, service is fantastic.

I've been a long time customer here. Exceptional eats and drinks, especially if you have a sweet tooth! It can get busy during typical lunch and post-dinner hours. And I tip my hat to the wonderful male barista who, without fail, gives great service with a smile.

Really beautiful ambiance inside the bakery with an amazing selection of pastries and desserts. I’ve been to the French Workshop many times since I’ve discovered it back in 2017. However, last night I ordered 1/2 pound of mini chocolate chip cookies (which equals to 8 ounces) and the girl at the register (she had on glasses) included the box while weighing my cookies. She did not calibrate the scale with the box prior to weighing my cookies and it came out to a little over 10 ounces. It’s not like I’m gonna be eating the box so it’s truly unfair to charge me for the weight of the box. I feel like the employees need to understand how to calibrate the scale properly so they don’t overcharge their customers. I specifically asked for 1/2 pound/8 ounces of mini chocolate chip cookies, so I should be charged for that exact amount. I’ve worked in a bakery in the past and this is not how we ran things at the establishment. I didn’t want to make a big deal because she seemed young and the line was starting to get longer and maybe she felt anxious to finish up my order. Still no excuse…but yeah it didn’t sit right with me since I left yesterday.
