I’m upset that the waffle dogs in the photo come with two and I didn’t enjoy the flavor as much after. I felt like it was a robbery.The smoothie was good, but the seats were uncomfortable.

Came in for after dinner SWEET GOODNESS and boy, were they ON POINT! Waffle N Sip did not dissappoint. And I had the advantage of watching the staff make the strawberry waffle and I was so delighted! Such dedication and effort you can SEE AND TASTE. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice staff and cozy atmosphere. Waffles were soft and not overpowered with sugar. Smoothie was great. Will be back again.

My new favorite place for brunch! My husband and I stumbled upon this place by accident and wow I was pleasantly surprised! For starters the service is amazing! We were greeted by a very friendly cashier who handed us a menu and an ipad with images of all the menu items! She instructed us on how to place an order and how seating works. Moving on to the food. Best waffle i’ve had in years! The chicken and fries were seasoned to perfection as well! The coffee was delicious and very full of flavor! Now let’s speak about the ambiance, the cutest and coziest feeling. From the intimate tables to the music, lights and smell everything screams fall/winter vibes. Like i’m in a small town cafe, i just wanted to bring my laptop and study here. ( im not sure if you can as there wasn’t that many tables but it’s a nice thought if you could.) Needles to say, i love this place and will 100% recommend and will be coming back frequently.

I ordered on DoorDash for delivery and I must say the food is very tasty. I was not disappointed at all. It was packed nicely and very clean. I would definitely keep getting food from here lol.

This place is your rare 11/10 small business. They have EXCEPTIONAL desserts that are handcrafted and taste homemade but with a touch of elegance.
When you walk into the store you're surrounded by the immaculate, cozy vibes that have been specially cultivated by the sweet store owner (who also cooks the food herself). This is as close as it will ever get to feeling like you're inside an Animal Crossing video game type cozy.
The owner is very personable and friendly. She joyously greets everyone, and can't wait to see new faces. She takes pride in the quality and appearance of her food, so it's IG pic aesthetic but with flavor to write about!!
If it stopped there it'd be a perfect 10, but the desserts don't leave you bloated or tired either despite using all the syrup in her cute cups that come with the waffles. For everything else mentioned, and that cherry on top: this place is easily my only 11/10 dessert stop. Must try to know what I mean.

This is such an awesome place to have breakfast/lunch! I took my niece here for her birthday brunch and we were greeted by the owner! The waffle are 10 out of 10! Drinks are very creative!! Super affordable and such a warm vibe.
She played a Happy Birthday song out of nowhere in the middle of our meal and gave her a little gift for her birthday. Love places like this that genuinely care about their customers! Recommend 100%!

I just went in for Ice cream and the service was amazing, this is a must visit place, the atmosphere is very pleasing and they have a variety of ice cream and waffles.
