I just love this place :) we come every few months because it’s close to home and they’re open later. The staff are trained very well. We are always so happy with the service. Food is always so yummy my favorites are the lamb chops, lobster salad, poivre sauce, bacon corn brulee and NY strip. Tonight we ventured out and tried the creamed spinach and organic mesclun salad. Both were phenomenal. Their berries and cream is also so light and perfect and the perfect amount of sweetness after eating all that food. Bill the manager is always there when we come through and always makes an effort to stop by for a chat. He is such a sweetheart and very good at what he does. It’s truly always a pleasure at Uncle Jacks. I’m confused on the reviews complaining about the prices. Tonight we got a glass of wine each, 1 bottle of sparkling, 1 app, 1 salad, 1 16oz steak, 1 sauce,2 sides and 2 desserts for $200 AFTER 20% tip. I think that’s amazing, especially for the atmosphere and service.

We made a reservation for a party of 8 and we were quickly seated. It is street parking and if you cant find any, they actually have valet parking at night only. Great meal and service. Excited to see they have valet again as parking can be hard in this area. We had a nice bottle of wine, appetizers, dinner and a nice espresso martini. For appetizer we had bacon, shrimp cocktail and oysters. Then we got filets and the special wagyu beef. For sides I suggest the mushrooms, garlic potatoes and creamed spinach.

Went here to try something new. Steak was overcooked and my filet mignon was cut in half to make it thinner? Seemed odd. Did not like the garlic mashed. The corn brûlée was pretty good but bacon on top could have been smaller and spread over the top instead of a few large chunks. The crème brûlée was good. Save your money and go to a different steak house if you want steak.

Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday. The filet mignon was delicious, and the service was fantastic. The manager Carlos is extremely welcoming and helped make my birthday celebration special. Highly recommend for a romantic night out.
The food was just ok, I was expecting more from the way people would speak about this place. Eating here did also cause stomach issues for myself and the other people I went with.
