Drive through is terrible. The layout is bad and expect to wait over half a hour at times to pick up a mobile order.

Couldn't get my food app working and when I spoke to manager she said "What do you want me to do"!!. I know she could have rung up coupon discount but all she did was walk away. Should not be in manger position has piss poor attitude

They only had one person working the inside counter. She was so busy handling the pick-up and delivery orders that she had very little time for the people trying to get service at the counter. Meanwhile, three workers were hanging out at the drive throughservice, which was slow. I walked out to get something to eat elsewhere, if you don't want my business, just say so.

The only way to get complete orders is to order each meal separately. When you order multiple meals in one order, something always is missing. It's hard to check in the car when they put so many items into 2 small bags.I ordered 3 full meals but there were only 2 order of fries when I arrived home. During pick up, I even asked the lady if everything were in the 2 bags and she said yes. This is not the first time.
