Still love a case of white castles. But like everything else, the price keeps increasing. I remember when they were 25 cents each. Now they're $1.50. Still sounds reasonable but when you only get 3 to 4 bites of a hamburger it is starting to get to a point if it's still worth it. The drive thru lane is very tight. There are only a few parking spots on a very, very busy intersection of Bayside.

Florenctina whatever her name was truly horrible I was picking up bread for my children at cvs and Greek food for my partner the White Castle was for my kids too. I waited a really long time before I could get her attention to even place the order and when I came back I kid you not less than 10 minutes shes complaining about how long I took to come back for my food in front of the other customers. She didn’t try to diffuse the situation she escalated. A simple stop on the way home turned into a spectacle an my hour before I have to go in for a work and my own meal tarnished

What's back to my old stomping grounds on Bell boulevard and about the only thing that's still there is the White Castle! Went for the chicken and cheese but they don't taste the same at all anymore.
Had the impossible cheese burger today. I visit this place when I'm in town. The burgers were delicious. The onion rings tasted fresh and not greasy and the fries were crispy and favorable. Not bad for fast food! Customer service is great. I want to give a shout out to the workers that worked on Wednesday 8/13/25 around 1 pm ish. A couple of customers with disabilities came in throughout my time there. The workers always took their time to explain the menu. They were friendly, patient, and kind, especially the young African American male and the woman that was at the cash register that afternoon. Thank you for being kind, especially in a rough city like NY.

My mother and I have been to this place and parked there in the parking lot. Then went in there went into the store, then I sat down and then my mom ordered clam strips, fish sandwich, sliders, onion rings, and a Pepsi drink. The food and service were wonderful and fantastic. The atmosphere was that there were people inside eating, ordering and talking.
